Gathering trunk line project of Extension of Yanchang gas field Lin Zhen-Zichang belong Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Company’s natural gas pipeline gathering and transportation project, and length of the project pipeline is of130km, contains a main two feeder. Trunkline full-length is103km, which started at the first stop of Lin Zhen (construction in Yan128purification plant) and finished at Pan Long Qing pipe stations; The full length of Fang Qiaoqing tube station-Yaodian end station feeder is10km, which started at Fang Qiaoqing tube station and finished at Yaodian end station; The full length of Yan two first stations-Yaodian valve chamber feeder is17km, which started at Yan two first stations (construction in Yan gas2purification plant) and finished at Yaodian valve chamber. Pipeline design input capacity is of38x108m3/a, the design pressure is of6.3MPa, trunkline diameter is Φ610, Fang Qiaoqing tube station-Yaodian end station branch diameter isΦ508, extension2Station-Yaodian valve chamber Line diameter isΦ323.9.Gathering trunk line project of Extension of Yanchang gas field Lin Zhen-Zichang through yan’an and baota district. As the project repeatedly crossing the railway, highway, town village, the crowd gathered in the premises and gas transmission station. But there is a large natural gas pipeline safety problems, that is if a problem occurs it will cause great harm to the surrounding things and people. Therefore, the safety and reliability of the gas pipeline issue is particularly important.For the research questions of safety assessment of Lin Zhen-Zichang gas pipeline engineering, through field research pipeline and access to information, the completion of the natural gas resource blocks, pipeline overall developments, progress analysis pipeline along the surrounding environment and safety evaluation technology at home and abroad has been done. The completion of overview analysis in Lin Zhen-Zichang gas pipeline engineering, determination of the safety evaluation overview and evaluation methods, and completed Lin Zhen-Zichang gas pipeline engineering dangerous and harmful factors identification and analysis have been done, and identify the works of major hazards, identify that the project is a major hazard, which need for strict control. Determine the project gathering branch lines as a whole evaluation unit, using safety checklist evaluation method, fault tree analysis methodfor gathering branch trunk unit qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Securitycountermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the engineering design, production run,safety, safety management and other aspects. Combined with Lin Zhen-Zichang gas pipelineengineering overview, draw a clear, reasonable safety pre-evaluation conclusions, whichprovides a theoretical basis for practical guidance to ensure the safety of the construction ofthe project.
