Honggang Gaotaizi reservoir's burial depth is 1250-1620m and it's average reservoir permeability is 45×10-3?m2.It has 18.60%of average porosity,and reservoir is non serious heterogeneity.It's high permeability layer permeability up to 1256×10-3?m2.The temperature of reservoir is 65? and stratigraphic level of salinity is 31270.58mg/L.The comprehensive containing water is 91.2%.Honggang Gaotaizi oil reservoir's geological characteristics and high water cut development present situation adopts the "pre crosslinked particle + polymer gel composite"deep profile control and displacement.Different particle size composition of the Precrosslinked particle can plug high permeability advantage channel,and gel polymer of low permeability reservoir can control deep profile and flooding.Reservoir water control increase oil and greatly improve the recovery rate.In this paper,the 0.5?1mm,1?3mm,3?5mm three particle diameter precrosslinked particles were studied.Their expansion of the reservoir conditions can reach more than 16 times,and they have a good temperature and salt resistance.According the plugging experiment,we found that the different particle size of the precrosslinked particle by particle size,the plugging rate higher than that of a single particle plugging rate.Graining size composition can enhance the plugging ability of high permeability layer.The optimization of the prescription of the polymer gel system is:polymer HPAM concentration 1000mg/L+crosslinking agent concentration 100mg/L+ regulator TJ concentration 100mg/L+deoxidizing agent In concentration of 100mg/L.The system has good temperature resistance,salt resistance and long-term stability,and it has good compatibility with granules.The size optimization and performance evaluation of the composite profile control system show that the composite profile control system has good shear resistance and erosion resistance.In compound flooding system based of Gaotaizi oil reservoir well G10-32 group construction parameters design and field application.The results showed that after injecting 0.25PV compound flooding system,injection pressure rise by 3.2MPa,the average water from 91.2%dropped to 82.4%,the average daily production of single well from 0.6t flooding to increase the to 1.04t,within six months of cumulative incremental oil 1247.2t,the cumulative precipitation 3956.7m3.In this paper,the formula of compound profile control system was selected,and the performance of the compound system was evaluated,and the optimization of the process parameters of the composite system was carried out.On this basis,to carry out the construction scheme design and field application of composite transfer drive and results achieved in this thesis in the Honggang Gaotaizi reservoir subsequent flooding provides reliable basis.
