In the transportation and reinjection technology of gas-field water,different geological structures have great influence on the composition of the gas-field water.Especially,the corrosivity and scale precipitation of gas-field water is strong in the special geological structure.When gas-field water is transported and recharged by the conventional pump,the failure rate of the pump is high,which seriously affects the actual production.The pump is the key equipment in the transportation and reinjection technology process of gas-field water.And its use performance and work efficiency is the basic protection of energy saving and efficient production.The frequently-used pump are multi-level corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump and reciprocating piston pump,and the rotary-jet pump is used rarely in the transportation and reinjection technology.In this paper,combined with the special requirements of the transportation and reinjection technology of gas-field water,the field application of the rotary-jet pump is researched by experimental method,which is of great significance for the development of rotary-jet pump.The following is the main content of this paper.First of all,the development of rotary-jet pump is introduced and the feasibility of large-scale application of rotary-jet pump in petrochemical industry is analyzed in this paper.The foreign molding rotary-jet pump technology began in the1960s,which is developed and improved gradually to become more mature series of product technology.The domestic rotary-jet pump development is relatively late.With the development of hydraulics theory,the performance of rotary-jet pump is gradually improved,so that it has the conditions to promote and apply in the petrochemical industry.Then,the existing problems of the transportation and reinjection technology in the actual production are analyzed,which include field application and fault analysis of centrifugal pump and piston pump.The failure of centrifugal pump includes mainly pump-body failure,impeller failure,sealing failure,bearing failure,etc.For piston pump,the valve group is easy to damage and sealing failure leads to leak.And connecting fasteners are failure and other problems.Rotary-jet pump has the advantages of simple structure,small volume,no wearing parts and no pressure seal on the high pressure side,which makes it a new choice for the transportation and reinjection technology of gas-field water.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of the field production,the key components of rotary-jet pump are optimized to get the design parameters of the impeller and the receiving tube.Then according to the design parameters,the three-dimensional modeling of the receiving tube is completed.After analyzing the numerical simulation theory,the existing commercial software is used to simulate the key component,and the velocity field,pressure field and turbulent kinetic energy distribution under different inlet flow and inlet pressure are obtained,which can provide reference for the practical application of rotary-jet pump.Finally,the field application of rotary-jet pump is tested in the transportation and reinjection technology of gas-field water.And the performance test and noise vibration test results are obtained.According to the performance test,when the jet pump to run at constant frequency,with the increase of the pump flow,the output pressure gradually reduced.When the rotary-jet pump operation in changed frequency,if the pump flow keeps constant,with the increase of the frequency,the output pressure gradually increases.Noise vibration test shows that the vibration velocity of the bearing block is larger than the pump body.As the frequency increases,the fluctuate of the vibration velocity is increasing.The pump noise is proportional to the frequency.With the increase of frequency,pump noise gradually increased in the test frequency range.But above all,the experimental study of rotary-jet pump is carried out on the basis of the transportation and reinjection technology of gas-field water.The design calculation and simulation analysis of the key component are conducted.The performance of rotary-jet pump is tested by field test to optimize the structure of rotary-jet pump and the technology process.The research results can provide reference for the transportation and reinjection technology especially in the special geological structure,and can provide help for the low-energy and high-efficiency actual production.
