Volatile organic waste gas is causing serious pollution to the environment and endangering the health of the human body.With the continuous development of our country's society and economy,the VOCs emission is increasing,and the air pollution is serious year by year,which brings great harm to the natural environment and human health.The recovery and application of volatile organicin China is relatively late.The degree of technological processing and technical proficiency are still to be developed.In particular,the systematic research on the selection of adsorbents,the parameters of process flow and the design of engineering applications is lacking in China at present.In the light of the waste gas containing DMF and toluene produced in the industrial production of textile coating,the combined process of absorption,adsorption and condensation is used to recover the waste gas.Absorption process is relatively mature because of its suitable for dealing with large volume and low concentration of organic waste gas.Its control is simple,and its investment cost and recovery cost are relatively low.It is becoming the first choice of DMF containing waste gas treatment technology.Adsorption and condensation are concentrated,adsorbed and recovered for toluene waste gas.The combined process has a low investment price and good treatment effect.On the basis of analyzing the related technology of solvent recovery at home and abroad,the industrial experiment and Research on the process parameters of DMF and activated carbon adsorption and recovery of VOCs were carried out.The main contents and research results aredescribed below.(1)DMF spray absorptionWith the increase of the ratio of liquid to gas,the concentration of DMF exhaust becomes smaller and the efficiency of water absorption of DMF increases.For DMF,because of its high absorption efficiency,the increase of the ratio of liquid to gas has little contribution to the increase of absorption efficiency.As the concentration of liquid phase increases,the efficiency of water absorption DMF decreases slowly,and the effect is little,but the concentration of the drain is larger.With the increase of gas flow rate and gas temperature,the efficiency of water absorption of DMF is reduced.Whether or not the demister has a great influence on the DMF,the addition of the demister will significantly increase the removal rate of DMF.(2)activated carbon adsorptionWhen the gas flow rate increases,the adsorption temperature increases and the adsorption humidity changes,the adsorption capacity decreases,and the adsorption pressure change will lead to the larger adsorption capacity.The high temperature of exhaust gas is unfavorable to the adsorption of toluene by activated carbon.The adsorption temperature of activated carbon has little difference when the temperature is below 40 degrees,and it decreases obviously when it is over 40 degrees.The water vapor completely off the properties of activated carbon after desorption regeneration declined after several adsorption and desorption properties of activated carbon in the attached 80%.(3)the desorption temperature of activated carbon vapor is 140 degrees,and the desorption time is 90 minutes for the best ratio.Activated carbon still has high adsorption capacity after repeated adsorption and desorption cycles.
