Polysiloxane has low surface tension, and it is easy to form film onthe surface of fabric. It can endow special handle to the fabric treatedby polysiloxane. The hydroxyl silicon is made from cationic typeemulsion polymerization and its performance is excellent, but its bademulsion stability and softness, which make the fabric finishing isrestricted in the application, and amino-silicon is used largely intextiles finishing. Although amino modified silicone oil can endowgood smoothness and fluffy handle to cotton or polyester fabric. If it isused in finishing the application in the artificial polyester yarn spinning,the smoothness is good, but recovery is not enough. To this, in order toenhance its effects of the artificial polyester yarn in the application, weadd amino and long carbon chain alkyl into the main chain ofpolysiloxane. It can improve the smoothness and softness of the fabric,but also enhance its recovery. Organic silicon finishing agent in theapplication of artificial polyester yarn abroad have a small amount ofreports, but the domestic has less reports.Based on this, the paper through cationic emulsionpolymerization take a series of reactive organic silicone breast; By1hNMR and IR spectra H1-NMR and its main components of IR structureswhich were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM)of the latex particles form observed, with Zeta potential analyzer andnanometer particle size analyzer of ζ potential for emulsion and particlesize distribution were measured by scanning electron microscope (SEM)of polyester surface (POASE) film morphology research. In addition,the albedo meter and softness instrument are used to the polyester fibersapplication performance, through touching, we can get the direct handleevaluation ChuMoFa on finishing the polyester fiber. Specifics asfollows: (1) By using D4, HD-109, HD-103, HD-118, HD-110as rawmaterials and taking synthetical PDASE and OPSE. Some factors suchas temperature, catalyst, time, emulsifier which affect the emulsionpolymerization process were discussed, and the testing result showedthe best reaction conditions. Through1H-NMR and IR confirmedprincipal component structure of silicon latex. Through the transmissionelectron microscope, laser particle size analyzer and other methods tolatex particle size, particle size distribution characterization weretested.(2) Through adding a certain amount of catalyst, crossing agent tothe emulsion of the synthesis PDASE or POPSE, the emulsion is madewith fast mixing method. Discussed the ammonia value, long carbonchain alkyl, baking temperature, baking time of factors affects theperformance of the PDASE application, to find the best applicationconditions. The application of POPSE, PDASE performance test,through comparing the foreign sample CT210E (watts g) with thedomestic sample (hongya) after finishing the spinning in polyester, theresults showed that the POPSE’s performance in all aspects of the ofpolyester yarn are better than the foreign sample CT210E (watts g), ithas reached a very sound effect, not only its softness and white levelsare better than the domestic sample, but also the elasticity and fluffyperformance and the domestic sample (hongya) are quite fair; So we candraw a conclusion here that POPSE is superior to PDASE in eachapplication. By using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), a microsuperficial contrast test is hold towards the polyester of processingPOPSE on the morphology.(3) POPSO is made by ontology polymerization, with thecompound emulsifier and phase transfer method, POPSO microemulsion is made, the flow performance is good, the appearance ofmilky is white pan-blue, translucent, emulsion, electrolyte and itsresistance to dilute acid storage stability performance is good, which isselected as the best emulsification process. The application of POPSO micro emulsion was tested, through comparing with POPSE, foreignsample CT210E (watts g) the domestic sample (hongya) of polyesterafter finishing the contrast of the spinning, the results showed thatPOPSE’s polyester yarn softness, fluffy performance and a smoothperformance are better than POPSO micro emulsion and they are white.It suggests that, compared with POPSO, and through the cationicemulsion polymerization method POPSE application performance isimproved.
