The construction of waterproof surface plays an important role in every aspect of daily life.The waterproof property can also be derived from the properties of antifouling,anti ice and anticorrosion,which has many potential research values.Two factors must be taken into account for constructing hydrophobic surface,that is,low surface energy chemical substance and rough geometric structure.Based on this,the main contents of this paper are as follows:?1?Under the catalysis of chloroplatinic acid,hydrogen-containing silicone oil?PHMS,Si-H content of 0.86mmol/g?was used together with octylene,1-dodecene,1-hexadecene and 1-octadecene as raw materials to obtain long chain alkyl hydrogenated silicone oil?PHL?via hydrosilylation.Its molecular structure was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR,and the results were in line with expectations.Nanoscale SiO2 sols with an average particle size of 137.3nm was prepared by sol-gel method.Its molecular structure was characterized by FT-IR,and the results were in line with expectations.Then acidified amino silicone oil?ASO-1?and PHL were co emulsified to produce long chain alkyl hydrogenated silicon/amino silicone composite emulsion?PHLA?.The average particle size of PHLA3 emulsion was 124.6nm and the zeta potential was+39.8mV.The fabrics were finished by nano Si O2 sol and PHLA emulsion in two steps.The optimal synthesis conditions were as follows:the content of Si-H bond in PHMS was selected as 4.5mmol/g,the best value of n?Si-H?:n?C=C?was selected as 0.8,and the best product was modified by 1-hexadecene.The optimized application process was m?ASO-1?:m?PHL3?=3:7,PHLA3 dosage was 0.7%wt,nano SiO2dosage was 0.6%wt,after heating at 170?for 2min,fabric with a static contact angle of 140.9°,a flexural stiffness of 753mN and a whiteness of 74.51%was obtained.SEM observation showed that the morphology of the membrane was similar to that of the lotus leaf surface,with a large number of nano mastoid,but the washability of the fabric was poor.?2?Vinyl modified SiO2 nanoparticles?Vi-SiO2?was prepared via sol-gel method,which was adjusted to a partially acidic system by HAc.Nano-hybrid long-chain alkyl-hydrogen-containing silicone resin?PHL-Si O2?was prepared under the catalysis of organic platinum with Vi-Si O2 and PHL3.The molecules structure were analyzed by FT-IR.PHL-Si O2 was co emulsified with ASO-1 after acidification.The nano hybrid long alkyl hydrogen containing silicon/amino silicone composite emulsion?PHLAO?with solid content of 30%was obtained.The particle size and zeta potential analysis results showed that the average diameter of the PHLAO was 188.1nm,the zeta potential was+31.1mV.And the fabric was treated by PHLAO emulsion.The optimized synthesis condition was m?Vi-SiO2?:m?PHL?=4:40;the optimized application process was m?PHL-SiO2?:m?ASO-1?=8:2.After treated with PHLAO of 0.5%wt,the fabric with a WCA of 140.9°,a bending stiffness of 733mN and a whiteness of 74.86%was obtained.The washing performance of the finished fiber was tested.It was found that the washing effect of the functional membrane was improved.And a large number of nanomastoid bodies were observed on the surface of fabrics by SEM.?3?The epoxy modified nano silica?KH560-SiO2?was prepared by the sol-gel method.The modified epoxy intermediate?PHA?was obtained in the platinum catalyst,under the action of via hydrosilylation,taking the hydrogen containing silicone oil?PHMS-4.5mmol/g?,1-hexadecene,allyl polyoxyethylene ether?AGE?as raw materials.And then the Cross-linked long-chain alkyl polysiloxane?PHAE?was obtained by PHA and small molecule diamine ethylenediamine?EDA?.The structures of KH560-SiO2,PHA and PHAE were characterized by FT-IR,and the results were in line with expectations.The average particle size and zeta potential of PHAE emulsion were determined,and the results were 132.8nm and+11.8mV respectively.The optimum emulsification conditions were:m?Span-60?:m?Tween-60?:m?pp+?=0.23:0.27:0.1,the emulsifying time was 90min;the optimal preparation conditions of PHAE were:n?HDE?:n?AGE?=9:1,n?AGE?:n?-NH2?=1.2:1.Nano Si O2,Vi-SiO2,KH560-SiO2 sol and PHAE emulsion were used to finish the fabric in two steps.The optimum amount of SiO2 was 0.6%wt,the optimum amount of Vi-SiO2 and KH560-Si O2 was 0.8%wt,and the maximum static contact angles on the fabric surface were 143.3°,145.2°,and 144.5°,respectively.The washability of fabrics was measured.And it was found that the functional film prepared by KH560-Si O2and PHAE emulsion had good washability.A large number of nano papillae on the surface of fabric were observed by SEM and AFM.
