With the deepening of the reform and opening up process and the government on the basis of national conditions in moderate to adjust domestic economic policies,the economic power and comprehensive national strength of China have been the rapid development of economic strength rising.As the largest developing country in the world,China has become the world's second-largest economy after the United States.With the development of the society and the change of the times,the economic structure of our country has changed quietly in recent years.Since 2015,the supply-side structural reform,which has been focusing on capacity,inventory,deleveraging,cost reduction and short supply,has been officially kicked off.In addition,since China put forward “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation” in 2014,some emerging industry such as e-commerce,mobile payment,new industries and shared bicycle which low cost and high profits have developed rapidly.At the same time,domestic enterprises have introduced more advanced international management concepts and methods.In comparison,some traditional industries with the extensive management of the past have been losing momentum and even started negative growth.Due to the macro economy in recent years and the lack of effective supervision in the coal market,there is a huge excess capacity of coal,weak demand and large losses in the coal industry.But coal,as one of the basic energy sources in China and the world,will not be replaced for a long time.Coal accounts for roughly 70% of China's energy use structure.China isthe world's largest producer and consumer of coal,while China is the world's largest importer of coal.Therefore,as one of the traditional energy industries in China,the coal industry has become an urgent task under the wave of the country's supply-side structural reform.Inner Mongolia Yitai Group co.,LTD.is a large private coal enterprise in China,one of the top 500 enterprises in China and one of the top 100 coal enterprises.The business of its coal marketing is the fundamental and main business of the group.Inner Mongolia Yitai Zhungeer coal transportation and Marketing Company Limited is the main body of the marketing of coal.Whether the depot can stand out in the competition,it plays an important role in the sustainable development of the sales and marketing industry of Yitai group.The purpose of this paper is to analyzes Inner Mongolia Yitai Zhungeer coal transportation and Marketing Company Limited facing the internal and external environment.From the aspects of politics,economy,technology,society and so on,PESTmodel,Porter Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis are used to analyze the competitive environment.
