| Blasting mining is an indispensable process in mine production.More and more people attach importance to it.The effect of blasting mining has a direct impact on the cost of mine production.In this paper,the design and optimization of blasting parameters of the manjiazhai open-pit stope are studied in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:1.Through the open stope mann’s home village of field geology investigation,in view of the marble stope representativeschist,skarn and the above three kinds of lithology of mixed rock series of blasting funnel experiments respectively,through serial blasting crater test calculation and study different aperture in different lithology conditions suitable blasting hole net parameter and appropriate to the specific charge.2.Under the condition of by hole blasting technique,respectively in accordance with the designed hole between delay time interval between two conduct site blasting experiments of different lithology,as according to different lithology validation and more precise the blasting hole net parameter and appropriate for the different aperture specific charge.3.Through the BP neural network model to establish the model,after designing the important data such as the accuracy of the training model 0.001,the number of training models 5000 times and other important data etc.The training sample parameters are input to train the model,and after the neural network model reaches the appropriate accuracy requirements.The forecast data are compared with the field test data,and the schematic diagram of the comparison results is made.The comparison results show that the error between the forecast and test values is kept within 5 %,the forecast data is basically in agreement with the field test data,and the neural network model can predict the blasting parameter design of the open pit mine. |
