Metal mine stope stability has been an important topic in study of mine production,and research the overall stability of metal mine underground stope safety factor for mine underground mining production is of great significance."Difficult to underground mining,this paper body recovery process system reliability research project" project as the foundation,the first mining area in a certain copper mine,using the finite element analysis of strength subtraction to mine stope bottom structure stability analysis,strength subtraction of stope safety coefficient are used to optimize the stope structure parameters.The main research contents and methods are:1.The stope stability studies the status quo of domestic and foreign research theory and strength subtraction for solving the safety coefficient of domestic and foreign research present situation has carried on the system analysis and research,and from the collection sample back to the lab for mine stope rock mechanics parameters determination.2.The application of the strength reduction method in slope engineering to the stability of underground stope in metal mines is discussed,and its rationality in mine application is expounded.Destroy the instability of rock mass was analyzed several kind of yield criterion,as well as the instability of rock mass damage in strength subtraction instability criterion was analyzed,and the selection of the displacement of point mutation,destroy the unit cell volume mutation and transfixion of plastic zone was taken as the study of stope unstability of judgment.3.For the reduction of strength subtraction method and the selection of yield criterion are analyzed in numerical simulation,the results show that the application of double strength subtraction for stope numerical simulation will be more reasonable,and DP yield criterion as it is the result of yield criterion of rock mass will be more accurate.4.In a certain copper mine stope mining as the research background,the stope bottom structure was established based on numerical simulation software FLAC3 D numerical calculation model,several of the stope ore removal level design of ore into road and out of the structural parameters of the pulse simulation analysis,the last a few class scheme basedon quantificating for optimizing the structural parameters optimization,the results show that the optimization of structural parameters,accords with the practice of mine production,in the process of production at the same time also has obtained the good effect.
