Abstract/Summary:
The purpose of this thesis is to synthesize highly efficient copper/graphene(Cu/RGO)composite photocatalyst with the potential application value by graphene.Metal catalysts have been widely studied for their good physical and chemical properties.The catalysts currently used are mainly Au,Pt,Ag and other precious metals,but their reserves are limited and their prices are high.It is an important research direction to find suitable catalysts instead of metals.As a transition metal,copper has good conductivity and thermal conductivity.It is an ideal substitute material for precious metals.Copper instead of noble metals can produce superior composite materials,which can effectively reduce the cost of catalysts and improve the catalytic efficiency.Graphene have the special structure and properties,by hydrothermal method and liquid phase method to design the synthesis of a series of Cu/RGO composite photocatalysts,in order to achieve control of the morphology and photocatalytic performance,obtained photocatalysts with high catalytic activity.The main contents are as follows:1.Cu/RGO composites were prepared by hydrothermal method,Cu(Ac)2·H2O、Cu(NO32·3H2O and CuSO4·5H2O as copper sources,GO(0.5g/L)aqueous solution as the raw material and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent,to obtain different morphologies of the Cu/RGO composite materials.The effects of the amount of GO on the morphology and photocatalytic properties of the products were investigated.The prepared products were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and EDS et al,and the catalytic effect of Cu/RGO composite on methylene blue(MB)was investigated.The experimental results shown that the Cu particles uniformly distribute on the RGO sheets,Cu/RGO composites exhibits better catalytic ability of a model dye pollutant methylene blue.The Cu/RGO composites obtained by CuSO4·5H2O as copper sources have the greatest catalytic efficiency for MB solution,when the dosage of Cu/RGO is0.06 g/L,the catalytic efficiency reaches 97.5%.On this basis,the stability of Cu/RGO composites and catalytic mechanism of catalytic of MB were preliminarily discussed.2.Cu/RGO composites were prepared by liquid phase method with Cu(Ac)2·H2O and CuSO4·5H2O as copper sources,GO(0.5g/L)aqueous solution as the raw material and ascorbic acid as the reducing agent.The effects of the different reaction temperature on the photocatalytic properties of the Cu/RGO composites were investigated.The prepared products were characterized by XRD,SEM,Raman and FT-IR et al,the catalytic performance of composites on methylene blue was investigated.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 100 degrees,the Cu/RGO composite material has good catalytic effect on MB,and the catalytic efficiency of Cu/RGO composite material is higher than Cu to 50%-65%The use of graphene improves the dispersivity of Cu particles in Cu/RGO and provides a channel for electronic transmission,and obtained a high catalytic activity of Cu/RGO composites under light conditions.
