The UV curing technology is a new type of curing technology developed in the 1960 s,which has the advantages of energy saving,environment friendly,instant curing at low temperature and outstanding performance.And it has attracted many attentions in the fields of printing ink,adhesive and electronic packing,etc.The fiber optic gyroscope is a kind of angular velocity fiber sensor based on Sagnac effect,which consists of two parts: optical path and electric path.As the core components of optic path,the temperature performance and anti-interference ability of optical fiber loop directly affects the performance of the fiber optic gyroscope.In order to improve the temperature performance stability and anti-interference ability of the fiber loop,on the one hand,the method of fiber winding is improved to ensure the symmetry of the fiber ring.On the other hand,the optical fiber is fixed with adhesive after optical fiber winding.And when choosing optical fiber loop curing adhesive,if the adhesive performance is not appropriate,it is not only unable to improve the performance of temperature and anti-interference ability,but also may make the fiber loop is affected by the stress caused by cured adhesive due to the influence of temperature and other factors,which will result in a decline in optical fiber loop performance further.The purpose of this study is to explore the preparation of the UV curing resin with a stable performance in the range of working temperature of the optical fiber ring.The silicone polyurethane acrylate and polyether polyurethane acrylates are synthesized,the performance stability in the wide temperature range of the synthesized resin is investigated from the aspects of dynamic and static thermal mechanical properties and mechanical performances.The organic silicone polyurethane acrylate was synthesized with hydroxypropyl silicone oil(MOK-7800),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)and hydroxypropyl methacrylate(HPMA)as the raw materials and the isobornyl acrylate was used as the reactive diluent to blend with the synthesized resin.Finally,an excellent performance stability in the wide temperature range is obtained.A series of polyether polyurethane acrylates was synthesized with four kinds of polyether polyols with different chain lengths,isocyanates and HPMA with various block proportions.The effects of the polyether chain length,kinds of diisocyanate and block proportions on the dynamic and static thermal mechanical properties and mechanical performances of the synthesized resin were studied.Finally a kind of synthesized resin with an excellent performance stability in the wide temperature range at low modulus was obtained by using polyether polyol(220)and HDI with a block proportion of 3:4;and by using polyether polyol(DL700)and TDI with a block proportion of 1:2,a kind of resin which was also possessed of excellent performance stability in the wide temperature range at high modulus was prepared.The selected two kinds of polyether resin were blended with reactive diluent IBOA and HPMA respectively,and the effect of two kinds of diluents on the dynamic and static thermal mechanical properties and mechanical performances of synthesized resin was studied.The results showed that the HPMA and IBOA was positive for the performance stability in the wide temperature range of the synthesized resins which were prepared with 220 and DL700 respectively.Finally,the aliphatic polyurethane acrylate 583-1 was mixed with IBOA with a proportion of 10:10,and polyether polyurethane acrylate 220HH(3:4)was mixed with HPMA with a proportion of 10:5.The effects of curing time,aging condition and temperature cycling on the properties of the two kinds of blending resin systems were studied.It was found that the performance stability in the wide temperature range of the resin was less affected by the curing time,and it could be improved by the curing conditions and temperature cycling.
