Mechanical Vapor Recompression technology(MVR)is widely used for substituting for the multi-effect distillation technology for its excellent characteristics of energy saving and emission reduction.Nowadays MVR has being successfully applied to a number of industrial areas,such as oil and petrochemical,pharmaceuticals,water desalination and so on.Nevertheless,the MVR core technology is foreign monopoly by the American GE,German GEA and Piller corpoation.Therefor,it is very urgent to realize localization of the MVR technology.The research of anti-surge control and vibration interlocking for the MVR core rotating compressor machinery will be discussed in this paper.In addition,the design and development of the integrated monitoring system for MVR compressor and the experimental test in Anqing Petrochemical field also will be presented in this paper,which gets lost of experience for the localization.The main researching contents and results of this paper are follows:(1)The research of surge early fault identification method for MVR compreesor.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of rotating stall and surge,the compressor model was established by using the simulation software CFD.The flow pattern of compressor under four kinds of different flow condtion were simulated,which demonstrates the difference between rotating stall and surge.Therefor,the method for surge early fault identification based on k-mean clustering was proposed.(2)The research of anti-surge control for MVR compressor.According to the basic equation of compreesor work,mathematical models were established for three conditions of compressor start-up process,flow reduction during normal process and emergency shutdown.Based on these mathematical models,the targeted anti-surge control method for MVR compressor was put forward.(3)The research of vibration interlocking for MVR compressor.The reason why the traditional vibration interlocking method leads to erroneous shutdown was analyzed.The improvement of traditional method and vibration interlocking scheme was proposed.(4)Based on the study results,the MVR compressor integrated monitoring system was designed and developed for the MVR wastewater treatment plant of Anqing Petrochemical coal chemical industry.The experimental tests were conducted in the Anqing,and finally the system was successfully applied to the MVR wastewater treatment plant.
