With rapid developments of modern industry and science and technology,high-performance technology products,precision parts,machining efficiency,completeness and the stability of Engineering Indicators mass production need to get to a higher level.Oil film bearing is the key structure in high speed roll grinding head and an important guarantee to achieve grinding high-speed,stability and accuracy.In this paper,according to the structure characteristics and working principle of Oil film bearing,combining with the practical operation of high-speed roll grinding head,designes a specifical lubrication oil platform for the oil film bearing,and carries out the relevant analysis.First of all,a hydraulic control system of integrated oil supply platform for the high-speed roll grinding head is designed by analyzing the domestic CNC roll grinder of the existing technology,especially for the lubrication characteristics of all kinds of the oil film bearings and different parts of the grinding head.According to the composition and working principle of hydraulic system,through the relevant theoretical knowledge has established the mathematical model of the system main components,analyses and calculates the related parameters of systematic basic components,which laies the data foundation for the follow-up modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system.Then,the lubricate performance of adjustable hybrid bearing is analyzed separately.The numerical simulation analysis and calculation of adjustable hybrid bearing is mainly based on fluid dynamics and elastic mechanics,which involves the two-way coupling between elastic deformation and hydrodynamic lubrication.According to the working principle of adjustable hybrid bearing and the bearing contact force in different contact state,three-dimensional simulation of adjustable hybrid bearing is carried out with the help of two-way fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation of ANSYS 17.0 on the Workbench platform.The pressure,flow field and temperature field distribution of the bearing under different working conditions are studied to meet the requirements of the comprehensive test experiment of the domestic high-speed roll grinding head.Thirdly,on the basis of the the theoretical analysis of the main components of the system in the previous paper,the corresponding simulation mode is established by useingthe AMESim simulation software and the parameters of the element are substitued into to do the simulation analysis for verifying the correctness of the model.The oil lubrication system mode is established by AMESim software,according to the principle diagram of hydraulic oil lubrication system,which analyzes the lubrication effect of oil film bearing part under working condition and verifies the correctness of theoretical analysis.Finally,according to the working process and control principle of the hydraulic oil lubrication system,the corresponding schematic diagram of electrical control system is designed.The electric control system adopts PLC control scheme,which hardware selection and control program of PLC control system is designed at the same time,and the correctness of control program of PLC is verified by software testing.Integrating and arranging the hardware facilities of the electro-hydraulic control system of integrated oil supply platform,a reasonable hydraulic station is designed to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the integrated oil supply platform on high-speed roll grinding head.The paper designs a Oil Supply Platform of oil film bearing of High-speed Roll Grinding Head,and gets the pressure,flow and temperature distribution of oil film bearing under different working conditions.which provides a strong experimental condition to support the localization of high-speed CNC roll grinding machine.
