Supramolecular self-assembly refers to the process of building and forming stable aggregates with special structures and shapes driven by weak interaction forces such as hydrogen bonds, electrostatic interactions, hydrophobic interactions, van der Waals forces and other non-covalent bonds. This process provides new ideas, methods, and approaches for supramolecular chemistry. It can be used to design and fabricate novel self-assembling building blocks and to explore novel molecular self-assembly methods that allow molecules with specific structures and groups to follow their specific requirements. The method spontaneously assembles, thereby making it possible to prepare molecular devices and supramolecular materials of novel structure and properties.Supramolecular self-assembly based on macrocycles has been a research hotspot in recent years.A variety of supramolecular self-assembly systems based on cucurbituril, calixarenes, cyclodextrins, crown ethers and other macrocyclic hosts have been extensively studied.Proto assembly, supramolecular polymer, supramolecular organic-inorganic hybrid materials and other new assembly forms and materials. These materials show great potential for development in various fields such as biomedicine, materials science, and analytical chemistry. This dissertation is based on the macrocyclic host-calix aromatics and melon ring host-guest recognition system to construct a supramolecular self-assembly system with fluorescence response. The paper mainly includes the following three parts:1.The dissertation firstly reviews the current and latest advances in the research on the host-guest interaction between cucurbituril and calixarene, the supramolecular self-assembly of cucurbituril and calixarene, and the direction of research.2.On the basis of literature research,we designed three series of amphiphilic fluorescent host-guest molecules. The first is the amphiphilic fluorescent guest molecule with six aromatic vinyl conjugated fluorescent groups(6);the second is Classical calix[4]arene was used as a platform molecule to introduce amphiphilic calixarene(3)with aryl vinyl conjugated fluorophores in its structure. The third category is a bifluorescent amphiphilic arene with aromatic vinyl-based hydrophilic fluorophores and fluorophores such as carbazole(1).The above compounds were prepared by synthesis and their structures were characterized by NMR,FT-IRand MS.3.The bipyridine-based quaternary ammonium salt was used as the guest and the cucurbituril was assembled;a supramolecular system was constructed. The mechanism, process and properties of the supramolecular system were studied by combining UV,F I,NMR,DOSY.It was demonstrated that calixarene and cucurbituril can form supramolecular structures with novel structures.Self-assembly system, and can change the structure and fluorescence properties by light, indicating that it has a good application prospect in the field of optics.
