The Protection And Development Of Shanxi Huliu River Wetland Provincial Nature Reserve And Its Comprehensive Benefit Analysis

The Shanxi Huliuhe Wetland Provincial Nature Reserve was approved in 2007 by the Shanxi Provincial People's Government(Jin Zheng Han[2007]No.234).The region's superior climate conditions,complex topography,ancient geological structure,and rich Natural resources,rich in biodiversity,laid a solid foundation for the formation of wetland ecosystems and the construction of wetland reserves.Before the 1980s,the pot flow river had a large water flow and the wetland area on both sides was large.With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production in Guangling County since the reform and opening up,the water level of the Huliu River has gradually declined,and seasonal breaks have occurred above the Xiguan Huliuhe Bridge,and the wetland area on both sides has gradually shrunk.The emergence of this phenomenon is directly related to the lack of water resources and serious pollution in regional watersheds.To this end,this paper combines the actual work to consider and study the related issues of the protection and development of the Shanxi Huliuhe Wetland Provincial Nature Reserve.From the general theory of wetland protection and development,combined with the special of the Huliuhe Wetland in Guangling County,Shanxi Province.The situation is summarized and analyzed in the current situation of the Huliuhe Wetland.The SWOT method is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the protection and development of the Shanxi Huliuhe Wetland Provincial Nature Reserve.The protection of the Shanxi Huliuhe Wetland Provincial Nature Reserve is proposed.Relevant suggestions for development,and according to the opportunities and challenges faced by wetland protection development,pointed out the corresponding strategic direction of wetland protection development.It is hoped that the analysis of this paper can provide an effective method for the protection and development of the Shanxi Huliuhe Wetland Provincial Nature Reserve on the one hand,and provide a reference for the local economic development through the comprehensive benefit analysis of the wetland.
