Assembly line is an important part of robot production,during the rise of intelligent manufacturing,besides the usage of robot is higher and higher,the assembly process of robot is increasingly important.Robot assembly is a typical process of discrete manufacturing,the production process is divided into a number of assembly lines.When the line completes the assembly of the shaft parts,the shaft parts need to be transported to the overall line for the task of robot assembly.When the robot is assembled,the robot needs to be transported to the QC for load tests.When the tests are qualified,the robot product is transported to the warehouse for preservation,at this point,the whole robot assembly work is finished.The process of robot assembly production is complex,involving necessary components,equipment and operators.So the workshop will produce a large number of multi-source heterogeneous data.The confused management in the past resulted in a large amount of lost data or data without standard preservation.In order to improve the accuracy of data acquisition and the effectiveness of data management,a system for assembly workshop is put forward.Using advanced computer technology to supervise and manage the production process of assembly workshop can help managers to find out problems in time,make corresponding countermeasures,improve production efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Base on the actual requirement of data acquisition and management in robot assembly workshop,I designed the assembly workshop data acquisition and management system.The main work includes the following aspects:First,the production process and data features of robot assembly workshop are studied,as well as the status of data management in workshop.The demand analysis of data acquisition and management system are completed.Secondly,combining the data multi-source heterogeneity of production workshop,this paper proposes a data transmission scheme which means using ZigBee technology to carry out the wireless transmission and OPC technology to collect the equipment data.The control chart and the theory of control chart pattern recognition are studied.And I draw the corresponding SPC control chart by analysing the process data of assembly workshop.I propose a method of control chart pattern recognition based on feature fusion,which can be used to identify whether the real-time drawing control chart is in abnormal mode.That means it can identify if there are any abnormal factors or interference in the process.Moreover,the system can guarantee the normal production of the workshop effectively.Finally,the concept design of the system is carried out by combining the multi-source heterogeneity of robot assembly workshop data.And the function modules of the data management system are analysed and designed in detail,including the functions of employee information,equipment management,production data record,data analysis and presentation,ect.Finally,the assembly workshop data management system is established by B/S structure.
