The Correlation Analysis Of The Natural Gas Industry In The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Under The Policy Of "coal To Gas"

In recent years,the energy consumption in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has gradually increased,the proportion of coal-fired consumption has increased too,and the increase in atmospheric pollution has seriously affected the environmental quality and the daily life of residents in this area.In order to solve this problem,in 2013,the Ministry of Environmental Protection,the Development and Reform Commission and other departments jointly issued the "Implementation Rules for the Implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas Air Pollution implement Prevention Action Plan",The Regulations advocate the use of natural gas as a substitute for more polluting and inefficient coal,marking the official introduction of the "coal to gas" policy,and the natural gas industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has ushered in a major development opportunity.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,as the capital economic circle of China,is the center of China’s political,cultural,and economic development and has a very important strategic position.The development of natural gas industry in the region is very typical and representative.Research on the natural gas industry association in this region under the "coal to gas" policy has very important practical significance and promotion.The natural gas industry chain is long.and there are many associated industries with deep association.This article analyzes the relevant literature and industry associsation theories at home and abroad,and analyzes the development environment,supply and consumption status of the natural gas industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.From the perspective of industrial linkages,this article focused on analyzing the links between the natural gas industry and other industrial sectors in the region.This article takes the input and output tables of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei in 2002,2007,and 2012 as the basic data sources,and establishes 37 input-output models for the three regions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,and also establishes an inter-regional input-output model for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.From the perspective of correlation strength,the strength of forward linkage increases,the concentration of related industries decreases,and the number of related industries increases.The strength of backward linkage has increased significantly,and the natural gas industry has played a significant role in other industries.In the circular linkage,the strength of Beijing’s association has declined,Tianjin has remained stable,and the intensity of Hebei has increased.As for the ripple effect,it is obvious in Beijing,and the effects of Tianjin and Hebei provinces are lower than average,which has a weaker impact on the national economy.In the regional association,Beijing has a strong connection with the natural gas industry in Tianjin,and the natural gas industry in Hebei Province is weakly associated with the other two cities.From the perspective of related industries,the natural gas industry and petroleum,coking products and nuclear fuel processed products,metal smelting and rolled processed products,electricity and heat production and supply industries and other industrial sectors maintained strong correlation in various analyses.The internal strength of the industry itself has also gradually increased and remained at a high level of relevance.In order to promote the development of the natural gas industry,this article believes that the natural gas industry should strengthen its own industrial chain development.And promote the development of natural gas industry clusters in the region.At the same time,it will deepen the efforts of the natural gas industry and establish inter-provincial and regional industrial cooperation relations to achieve a win-win development of the natural gas industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
