Under the background of the sharp rise of global carbon emissions,the development of low-carbon economy has become a necessary choice for countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.At present,China is advocating a new model of low-carbon economy development.As the main concentration of energy consumption and carbon emissions in China,industry should become the main force of low-carbon economic development.As the largest industry in the global manufacturing industry and the greatest potential for sustainable development of the national economy,the food industry is a carbon emission reduction industry which cannot be ignored.Compared with other traditional industries,the food industry have professional man with highly skilled,standardized production process,differentiated products by international market acceptance,both food safety and environmental performance reputation,in addition,the food industry is not only produce safe and traceability high-quality products,but also use the quality of the environment as a strategic index,therefore food companies are more likely to adopt low-carbon production mode.For the vantage,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is not only the strongest economic strength,the most solid industrial foundation,the most innovative resources,the most populous,but also the important engine to stimulate social and regional economic growth,its strategic position is very important.Therefore,the paper based on the theory of Low-carbon Economy Theory,Life Cycle Theory and Industrial Structure Theory,chooses the food industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region as the research object,studies and discusses the low-carbon development of food industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.The paper has six chapters,mainly focused on the combination of theoretical and empirical level.The first chapter mainly summarized the research background,significance,the research status,the research content and the main methods.The second chapter built the theoretical analysis framework of the paper based on the theories of Low-carbon Economy Theory,Life Cycle Theory and Industrial Structure Theory,established the analysis logic,and provided theoretical support for the empirical research and subsequent research.After the theoretical analysis,the third chapter sorted out the food industry carbon emissions status of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region in detail,defined the system boundary of carbon emission of food industry,described the calculation method of the food industry carbon dioxide emissions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region based on statistical data,the carbon emission accounting process is divided into two parts:the direct carbon emissions accounting and the indirect carbon emissions accounting,the indirect carbon emissions accounting using input-output analysis.Then the fourth chapter carried on the empirical study.In order to comprehensively and accurately investigate influencing factors of food enterprise of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region low-carbon development,the paper collected the related literatures and the received feedback,and modified each index,ultimately determined the 18 representative measurement index.Through the investigation found that the influencing factors of food enterprises of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region low carbon development is mainly affected by internal factors,external environmental factors,low carbon behavior factors and obstacle factors,this section put forward specific and referential countermeasures and suggestions after concrete analysis.In the fifth chapter,the paper analyzed the food industry of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei Region low-carbon development advantages,difficulties,opportunities and challenges under Low-carbon economy,from the established development goals,improve the cooperation mechanism,optimize the industrial structure,integrate industry resources,technological innovation and other aspects put forward some sound proposals for the food industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region low carbon development.At last,the development trends of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region's food industry are indicated in the six chapter.
