Oil field production produces a lot of oil-contained wastewater.If the oil-contained wastewater is discharged or reinjected into the underground without reasonable treatment,it will cause serious environmental pollution and block the formation on the one hand,and on the other hand it will affect the normal operation of the ground equipment.Based on the renovation project of the wastewater treatment system of Xinjiang Baikouquan production plant,this paper proposes an intelligent and phased design scheme for the original problems and practical problems of the system.In this paper,the process and characteristics of the sewage treatment station in this oil field are analyzed,and the original monitoring system is analyzed.A scientific and reasonable reform scheme is put forward in view of the problems existing in the original monitoring system.Firstly,the single chip control module is removed,the PLC module is fully perfected and the PLC internal control logic program and the upper monitoring software program are upgraded.The network communication and data storage system are built to improve the compatibility of the PLC and the upper monitoring software.The distributed control system and the man-machine local open loop control system are used to run the field operation for data acquisition and control.Finally,the stable operation of the whole sewage treatment system is realized,thus provided the reliable technology cornerstone for the later intelligent remote monitoring.Secondly,the intelligent design of the core adding part of the system is designed,the process of the current processing is analyzed,and the fuzzy control is applied to the process of adding medicine,including the design of the feedforward and feedback process of the system.In the feedforward control,the method of curve fitting and ARMA model prediction is adopted,and the prediction of ARMA model,BP neural network and other prediction model is compared by the real sewage treatment data.The effectiveness of the ARMA model in the prediction of suspended solids concentration is determined,and the fuzzy controller is established in the feedback control combined with the real dosing process.The software is developed with C#,and the real-time communication between the OPC service and the dosing subroutine is carried out.A fuzzy controller is designed to adjust the dosage automatically,so as to improve the automation and intelligent level of the system.The first stage of automation system has been achieved stable operation by debugging in oil plant field,used a number of closed loop control and open loop control,through the distributed control system to collect and control the field operation data.In the intelligent stage,software that can be applied to the field has been developed,laying the foundation for the intelligent construction of the oilfield.
