Research On The Safety Risk Control Of The Shuilongjing LNG Refueling Station Project

In recent years,China’s LNG filling station has developed rapidly,and has formed a more mature system.But at the same time of the rapid development of LNG gas station,people often ignore the management of project risk.HSE management system is the focus of project risk management.It is of great significance to improve the safe operation of the LNG gas station project through the research on the HSE management system of the LNG gas station.This paper,starting with the basic concepts of project risk management and HSE management system,analyzes each element,core and basic principle of HSE management system.According to the characteristics of HSE management system in practical application,this paper discusses why the LNG gas station industry should establish the HSE management system and the significance of establishing the HSE management system.Through the study of the significance and method of establishing HSE management system,combined with the author’s work experience,taking the project of the Longjing gas station in the old city of the author’s company as the research object,the existing risks and hazards of the project are analyzed,and the problems existing in the application of the HSE management system in the project are found,so that the results of the research will be studied.It can find out the similar problems that may appear in the general LNG filling station industry,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Through the in-depth study of the application status and existing problems of the HSE management system in the LNG gas station project,the author expounds the implementation of the HSE management system in reducing the risk of the project,improving the risk management problem,improving the risk,and guaranteeing the daily production and management.All in all,it is important to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.Finally,it puts forward the prospect that the effective establishment and implementation of the HSE management system can greatly improve the existing problems of the existing LNG gas station industry risk,promote the rapid development of the industry,and ensure the safe operation of the enterprises.
