Natural gas compressor,hydraulic control system and the cooling system is an important part of the whole CNG station system,is to solve the CNG filling station which appeared in the work of the security,stability,high efficiency and reliability of the core technology.According to the degree of automation of existing CNG filling station in general appear lower,safety and reliability is poor,the compressed gas efficiency is low,the research on the core equipment of CNG filling station compressor,hydraulic control system,cooling system,can not only promote the rapid development of other cooler compressor,equipment,but also can enrich the research methods of these equipment system.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)the compressor structure design of compressor:form analysis,get two stage turbocharging effect with two tandem compressor,a compressor to improve the complex structure,inconvenient installation and disassembly,disadvantages of difficulty of process technology of large;according to the main original parameters provided customers,calculates the cylinder bore and stroke as the main parameters of vertical compressor;based on these parameters and the compressor mechanism as the basis,design the compressor structure form;then the compressor structure analysis,design a compressor sealing form,adopts the combination is sealed,solving the problem of leakage in the operation process of the compressor;the designed compressor equipment can meet the production needs of customers.(2)the design of hydraulic control system:according to the actual work requirements including the compressor design of the speed control loop,pressure control loop,the position lock locking circuit,safety protection hydraulic circuit;the control system using PLC control,improve equipment level of control and control performance;then according to the movement of the piston and the gain and loss of electromagnetic valve electric,compile PLC ladder diagram to control the hydraulic system.(3)the design of cooling system:firstly based on the compressor exhaust temperature,pressure,the final yield parameters,select the appropriate shell and tube heat exchanger;secondly,according to the structural characteristics of the shell and tube heat exchanger,the heat transfer area,the calculated heat exchanger heat exchanger pipe diameter,casing size data,heat transfer design appropriate the tube arrangement;finally carries on the calculation of its thermal performance.Through the pressurized system,control system,cooling system design transformation,so that the CNG filling station safety,stability,work efficiency are improved significantly.
