Three-layer woven spacer yarn fabric is one of three-dimensional fabrics.As a fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material,it has the advantages of light weight,high specific strength,fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance.One of its potential applications is high-speed railway body.Basalt filament with high strength,high modulus and excellent environmental protection properties is selected as raw material according to the special performance requirements of reinforcing materials for high-speed railway car body.Basalt filament/polypropylene three-layer woven spacer fabric with different weft fineness and different knot yarn height is designed and weaved in order to solve the problem in the trial weaving process.Seven kinds of basalt filament/polypropylene wrapped yarns with different twists were spun by parallel spinning technology and reasonable parameters.After testing,it was found that the wrapped yarn with 300 twists/m had better comprehensive properties.At this time,the wrapped yarn surface was smooth and uniform,and could be used for surface layer group.Weaving and weaving.The weave diagram of three-layer woven spacer yarn fabric is designed.Using"steel bar fixed distance method",basalt filament/polypropylene wrapped yarn is used as ground warp and aramid yarn as knot yarn,plain yarn is used as the basic structure of surface structure and knot structure.The warp tension is adjusted by"weight hammer method",and the structure of three-layer woven spacer yarn fabric is discussed.By using TexGen software to simulate the structure of the three-layer spacer yarn fabric,a complete set of weaving technology of the three-layer spacer yarn fabric has been formed,which has done a lot of basic work for the research and development of the multi-layer spacer yarn fabric.On the basis of the weaving of the three-layer spacer yarn,the polyurethane rigid foam is used as the filling material to fill the fabric,and finally the composite material is prepared by hand paste.The prepared composite sheet was tested for bending and compression properties,and the failure mode of the sheet was analyzed.The influence of the weft fineness of the fabric and the height of the spacer yarn on the properties of the composite sheet was studied,and the ABAQUS software was used.The finite element simulation of the bending and compression of the composite.The results show that as the fineness of weft yarn increases,the corresponding composite sheet can withstand relatively high bending strength.The higher the height of spacer yarn,the greater the bending strength of composite sheet.The stress is mainly concentrated in the middle part.When the fineness of the weft yarn increases,the compressive strength of the composite sheet is slightly reduced but the difference is not obvious;as the height of the spacer yarn increases,the compressive strength of the composite sheet is smaller.By comparing the experimental test results with the finite element simulation calculation,the rationality of the finite element model is verified,which lays a foundation for optimizing the performance of the basalt fiber filament/aramid three-layer spacer yarn reinforced composite material.
