In recent years, the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has become an important strategic layout in China's economic development.Tianjin's strategic position in the new chapter of building our new economic system can not be ignored. How to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure while adhering to the low-carbon development has become a key problem to be solved urgently by the government and society. It seems too one-sided to focus on the industrial optimization and upgrading of a single sector, ignoring the complex correlation between industrial sectors. To abandon the single development thinking of"headache doctor, foot pain doctor",Tianjin should integrate the development of the entire industrial system into a systematic analysis, and build a new low-carbon development path based on the perspective of industrial linkages. This paper is based on the following two important questions:"How about the performance of related carbon emissions of various industrial sectors in Tianjin?"And "What are the factors influencing the performance of related carbon emissions in Tianjin's industrial sectors?"Taking 15 industrial sectors in Tianjin as the research object, this paper explores the carbon emission performance and its influencing factors among industrial sectors in Tianjin. The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly, based on the theory of carbon emission performance and the theory of industrial correlation, this paper deduces the correlation between the carbon emission performance of Tianjin industrial sector.Based on the theoretical deduction, the environmental input-output analysis model is constructed and the related carbon dioxide emissions of 15 industrial sectors in Tianjin are estimated by using the hypothesis extraction method.Next, the number of employees, capital stock and energy consumption of various industrial sectors in Tianjin are selected as input variables. The output variables are the economic added value(expected output)of each industrial sector and the estimated related carbon emissions(unexpected output). The unexpected output is processed by linear data conversion function method, and the data envelopment model(BC2-DEA)is used. The model)and Malmquist index measure the static and dynamic carbon emission performance of various industrial sectors in Tianjin.Secondly, this paper carries out the following regression analysis(Tobit regression)on the influencing factors of carbon emission performance of various industrial sectors in Tianjin:the above-mentioned related carbon emission performance is a dependent variable, and the following five dimensions are selected as independent variables:economic development level, technological progress level, energy consumption structure, industrial structure and factor endowment.Regression analysis results clearly reveal the impact of various factors on carbon emission performance based on the direction and degree of impact:the economic level of Tianjin's industrial sectors has a positive impact on carbon emission performance at the 1%significant level and the technical level at the 5%significant level;the industrial structure and energy structure have a negative impact on carbon emission performance and factor endowment. It has no significant effect on carbon emission performance. Finally, based on the conclusion of the empirical analysis, four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of Tianjin:clear responsibility, establish emission reduction responsibility system;optimize development, build a low-carbon industrial chain;develop energy, build a new energy structure;change ideas, force the industry to upgrade.
