At present,the process of urbanization in China has obvious development of urban agglomeration,and the development of urban agglomeration centered on core cities has become a mainstream urban development model.Urban agglomeration logistics reduced the urban space barrier,communicated the cross-regional production and consumption,enhanced the economic efficiency,but also is the second high-carbon industry only to the industrial industry,how to improve the urban logistics industry carbon efficiency and accelerate the process of urbanization,it is an important content to promote the green development of urban agglomeration.Based on the research of the urban agglomeration logistics industry carbon emission efficiency and the related theories,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the urban agglomeration logistics industry carbon efficiency.Based on the DEA method,in order to solve the problem of efficiency of decision-making unit is the same as that of 1,so the cross-efficiency evaluation model based on ideal decision-making unit is constructed,under the common frontier and regional frontier to calculated the carbon efficiency of logistics industry in 13 cities in China.Urbanization is divided into population urbanization,economic urbanization,industrial urbanization and space urbanization.Using Tobit regression analysis method to explore the four aspects of urbanization on the logistics industry carbon emissions efficiency,and provide improvement measures from the perspective of the urban group logistics industry carbon emissions efficiency.The empirical study shows that during the period of investigation,the urban agglomeration carbon efficiency of logistics industry in China's shows a fluctuating growth,and there is a big gap from the ideal point,the improvement of the efficiency gap is still needed to make up the efficiency gap.The difference between the common frontier and regional frontier is significant,especially the Zhusanjiao urban agglomeration and JinZhong urban agglomeration;In addition,the efficiency values of the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and the Jinzhong urban agglomeration are at the leading level under the two frontier surfaces.Through the regression of the urban logistics industry carbon emission efficiency: population urbanization and spatial urbanization have the most significant impact on the urban agglomeration logistics industry carbon emission efficiency,and the population density has a significant positive correlation with the logistics industry carbon emission efficiency,and the urban space The coverage rate and the traffic congestion rate have a significant negative correlation with the logistics industry carbon emission efficiency.
