In recent years,the environmental problems caused by carbon emissions have become more and more serious,and countries all over the world have joined in the study of the transformation of low carbon industrial structure.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been developing rapidly,and the consumption of fossil energy has also increased,leading to a sharp rise in carbon dioxide emissions in China.Therefore,China has become the largest carbon emission country in the world.As a responsible big country,the Chinese government has publicly promised that by 2020,the carbon dioxide emissions of China's unit GDP will be reduced by more than 40% compared to that of 2005 GDP.Facing the great pressure of reducing Chinese,the government made clear the provinces in the next few years the emissions reduction target in the "12th Five-Year" and "13th Five-Year" energy plan,by 2020 the whole society total energy consumption should be controlled within 50 tons of standard coal,and proposed to optimize energy consumption structure,and non fossil energy consumption is more important than increase to more than 15%.Anhui province is a large province of resources and population,and is in the period of rapid development of industrialization and urbanization.The problem of carbon emission pollution is serious.How to realize low-carbon transformation of industrial structure under low carbon constraints is the urgent problem for Anhui province.Firstly,the related theories and researches at home and abroad are reviewed and combed.Then the interaction mechanism between industrial structure optimization and carbon emissions is analyzed.Then the status of carbon emissions in Anhui province and the industrial structure was studied.The study found that characteristics of the industrial structure of Anhui province is gradually from the "231" mode to the "321" mode of evolution,then from the macro point of view in the present situation of carbon emissions in Anhui province and the industrial structure analysis based on the grey relation analysis method to calculate the relation between the three industries in Anhui province and carbon emissions,according to the calculation results between the second industry and carbon emissions from the largest correlation,followed by the third industry,between the first industry and the carbon emissions minimum correlation.From the micro perspective,the construction industry influence and influence of carbon emission calculation model based on the input output model,Anhui Province industrial departments into 28 sectors,estimates the 28 industries in Anhui Province carbon emissions influence and influence in the industry,and the use of four quadrant analysis on the calculating results were classified and discussed.Finally,according to the empirical results,we put forward the policy suggestions for the low carbon transformation of industrial structure in Anhui province from the two perspectives of macro and micro.
