| The cotton fabric has the advantages of moisture absorption,breathability and comfortable wearing,but the cotton fabric is easily deformed during the wearing process and is easy to wrinkle,which affects the wearing performance.At present,most of the enterprises use chemical finishing methods to improve the wrinkle resistance of fabrics.Although the effect is remarkable,there are certain environmental pollutions and safety and health problems.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,there have been many words such as green,change and innovation.It is pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and it must support the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries.Therefore,the problem of not using chemical methods or less chemical methods to improve the wrinkle resistance of cotton fabrics needs to be solved to improve the added value and competitiveness of products.In this paper,the 7.3tex × 2 pure cotton yarn is used as the experimental yarn.Through experiments and analysis,it is found that the mechanical properties of the yarn have a certain correlation with the wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric,and the regression between the yarn mechanical parameters and the fabric wrinkle recovery angle is established.The model;by changing the twist ratio of the strand to the single yarn,the yarn singeing and the mercerizing process,the structure and properties of the yarn are gradually improved,thereby improving the wrinkle resistance of the fabric.The test results show:(1)the influence of yarn mechanical parameters.The yarn breaking work,cohesion force and initial modulus are significantly correlated with the wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric.The error percentage of the theoretical and measured values of the regression model of the wrinkle recovery angle and the three mechanical parameters is less than 3.3%;(2)The effect of the ply twist multiplier.When the single yarn twist factor 390,the ratio of the strand to the single yarn twist factor is 1.41,the strand performance and the fabric’s wrinkle resistance are the best.At this time,the strand break strength,strength unevenness,elongation at break,and actual The linear density and strip coefficient of variation were 388.2cN,3.35%,6.5%,14.73tex,and 9.36%,respectively.The total wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric was 421.9°;(3)the effect of the singeing process.When the singeing temperature is 1000 ℃ and the vehicle speed is 800 m/min,the performance of the strand and the wrinkle resistance of the fabric are the best.At this time,the coefficient of variation of the strand,the hairiness value,the hairiness deviation,The breaking strength and elongation at break were 8.85%,2.32,0.38,368.7 cN,6.5%,respectively,and the total wrinkle recovery angle of the front and back of the fabric was 441.7°;(4)the influence of the mercerizing process.The strands under the optimum ratio and singeing process are used as raw materials.When the NaOH concentration is 250g/l,the temperature is 20℃,and the time is 180s,the performance of the strands and the wrinkle resistance of the fabric are the best.Elongation at break,initial modulus,coefficient of variation of bar and hairiness were 465.9cN,6.3%,2.41N/tex,8.77%,9.76,respectively.The total wrinkle recovery angle of the front and back of the fabric was 467.4°,compared with the enterprise.Fabric wrinkle recovery angle of the same specification increased by 21.4%.The research in this paper shows that there is a certain relationship between the mechanical properties of the yarn and the wrinkle recovery of the fabric.By changing the twist ratio,singeing and mercerizing process,the structure and mechanical properties of the yarn can be improved,thereby improving the wrinkle resistance of the fabric.The study of fabric wrinkle resistance laid the foundation for practice. |
