With the improvement of the living standard of the whole people,consumers are paying attention to the "fashion sense" and "design sense" of clothing,and begin to shift more attention to the wearing experience of clothing.Nowadays,all kinds of new fabrics are emerging in the clothing market,but pure cotton machine fabric,as a natural,environment-friendly and skin-friendly fabric,always has a place in the market.The fleeciness,softness and fullness of the yarn are used in the fabric of pure cotton machine,and the elasticity and softness of the fabric are improved to a certain extent while the organic fabric is very strong.Therefore,in order to adapt to market development,this topic selection to synthetic low twist of single yarn and plied yarn and woven fabric as the research object,explore its spinning technology and the performance testing and analysis,for the development of synthetic low twisting machine fabric early reference.This topic with siro spinning yarn technology research and development direction of low twist yarn and woven fabric,in under the condition of transforming traditional siro spinning machine,by joining long-staple cotton and combing process improve the spinnability of low twist yarn.However,the price of long-staple cotton is relatively high,so the ratio of three raw materials,which is 3:7,5:5 and 7:3,is selected for the actual production.The yarn fineness is a more common 14.6t ex,and it is used to explore the yarn of Z twist,S twist and low twist single yarn,ZZ twist,SS twist and low twist yarn,which is conducive to the full comparison with the conventional ZS twist yarn.Research subject to explore three long,fine cotton under the ratio of low twist of single yarn spinning technology,synthetic low twist yarn twisting process and performance testing,finally according to the test and analysis results further weaving,analysis of the woven fabrics.Firstly,11 types of 14.6tex siro-spinning low twist single combed cotton yarns with 3 different component blended radios and 4 twist ratios were prepared followed by related mechanic tests and analysis.There were three blended radios,3:7,5:5 and 7:3,for long staple cotton and fine cotton in the yarns.Due to the low strength,low twist single yarns break easily during spinning,then the design for yarn preparation became particularly important.Long-staple cotton helps to increase yarn strength,spinning ability,but the price is relatively high.Therefore,studies on spinnability of single yarn with different blended ratios could also provide multiple choices for actual production.Secondly,synteny twin-cord strands were produced using the low twist single yarns."synteny"means that the direction of twin-cord strand is the same with the single yarn inside,which can be described as ZZ direction and SS direction."Low twist" means that the twisting degree of single yarn or strands is lower than that of conventional ZS strands.Finally,properties of different yarns were tested.Four different woven fabrics with twisting degree 55 T/10 cm,long staple cotton proportion 30%,70%,70%,0%were produced and size 40 cm×100 cm.KES styles of different fabrics were tested and analyzed.There were 3 ZZ direction fabrics and 1 SS direction fabric.
