Anti-wrinkle fabric is always one of the important branches during the clothing comfort field, especially the sense of environmental protection is being strengthened, thereby free wrinkle fabric especially which is combination the cotton fabric's comfort with polyester fabric's good Anti-wrinkle becomes one of the consumers' new favorites. In this case, It's absolutely necessary to research the anti-wrinkle of Polyester/cotton fabric, as it both owes the function of cotton fiber and polyester fiber.The thesis mainly research from two aspects: the polyester/cotton yarn's "anti-crease" and its fabric's anti -crease.(1) The thesis mainly carries out certain experiments about yarn and fabric of cotton, polyester/cotton fabric and polyester/cotton core-spun fabric such as testing yarn Stretching function, yarn elongation, yarn creeping, yarn "recovery angle" and fabric recovery angles, etc.(2) The paper adopts various analytic methods to analyze the test's data. Four principal mechanics ingredients which can stand for most of the yarn's properties are being filtrated from ten yarn mechanics ingredients on the basis of method of the factor analysis and principal analysis. At the same time , the paper also concludes the regression correlation between the yarn "recovery angle "and the yarn principal mechanics by regression through analyzing cotton yarn,polyester/cotton and polyester/cotton core-spun yarn .Then we also talk about the similarities and differences of the "yarn recovery angle" of cotton fabric,polyester/cotton fabric and polyester/cotton core-spun fabric.The paper's main research results and conclusions are as followings:(1) The paper firstly talk about the concept of "yarn recovery angle" on the basis of consideration of fabric recovery angle. In this case, the probability can be achieved to indirectly judge the various fabric's anti-wrinkle on the term of fiber and yarn;(2) Four principal mechanics ingredients which can stand for most of the yarn's properties are being filtrated from ten yarn mechanics ingredients on the basis of method of the factor analysis and principal analysis. At the same time ,the paper also concludes the regression correlation between the yarn "recovery angle "and the yarn principal mechanics by regression through analyzing cotton yarn,polyester/cotton and polyester/cotton core-spun yarn .Then we also talk about the similarities and differences of the "yarn recovery angle" of cotton fabric,polyester/cotton fabric and polyester/cotton core-spun fabric(3) It discusses the differences of the fabric recovery angle on the term of cotton fabric,polyester/cotton fabric and polyester/cotton core-spun fabric through analyzing three different environments : constant temperature and wet environment, common environment and wet environment. Then we also find the reasons why the anti-wrinkle of polyester/cotton core-spun fabric is better than counterparts of cotton and polyester/cotton fabric. why the anti-wrinkle of polyester/cotton core-spun fabric is better than counterparts of cotton and polyesrter/cotton fabric.
