With the development of economy,optical resin is gradually replacing the traditional optical materials,including optical glass,optical crystal and so on.It has been widely used in the optical industry and optical display field because of its light weight,transparency,easy processing and other characteristics.High refractive index resin can make the curvature of optical lens smaller,the quality lower and the screen brighter,Many scientists are paying more attention to this filed.The main optical resins are polymethacrylate,polycarbonate and propylene diethylene glycol carbonate now.There are few materials whose refractive index over1.6,it can't meet the requirements of lightweight and micro-optical devices in China.Diphenyl sulfide and dichloroethane were used as raw materials,which were prepared4,4-disulfonyl chloride diphenyl sulfide.Toluene and triphenyl phosphorus were added under stirring conditions,and 4,4-dimercaptophenyl sulfide was obtained by recrystallization.The 4.4-dimercaptodiphenyl sulfide dimethylacryloyl ester was prepared by mixing with methacryloyl chloride in certain proportion,it was used as lens resin material.At the same time,the structure of 4.4-disulfonyl chloride diphenyl sulfide was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.In the sulfonation reaction,the effect of product was analyzed by amounts of chlorosulfonic acid on the yield.In the chlorination reaction,the effect of product was analyzed by amounts of sulfoxide chloride on the yield.According to changing yield of different proportions,the optimum proportion of feed was found indirectly.Finally,the refractive index and Abbe number of the intermediates were measured by refractive index meter respectively.It was proved that the sulfur atom group had both high molar refractive index and low dispersion in the resin monomer.The high temperature resin at the edge of the lens will adhere to the mould under the process of forming optical lens.The strong bonding force between polymer molecules makes the cleaning process particularly difficult.At present,the components of the mould cleaning agent are concentrated acid,strong alkali and dichloroethane organic reagents,which not only cause damage to the mould itself,but also pollute the environment.A water-based cleaning agent with low foam,low corrosion and good environmental protection was developed,which can be used for optical resin mould.According to the orthogonal test and corrosion inhibitor screeningtest,the optimum volume ratio of surfactants was determined: dimethyl carbonate12%,divalent acid 16%,tetrahydrofuran 30%,methanol 34%,sodium hydroxide 8%,and then mixed with a small amount of deionized water.The PH value of the mixing system is 8.3 with appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide,and the cleaning effect of the mould cleaning agent reaches the best state.This kind of mixed cleaning agent has the advantages of good stability,low corrosiveness,low foam,long service life and low production cost.Under the concentration of 31% detergent,the cleaning rate of the polymer adhering to the resin lens mould can reach 96.5%,which is suitable for the cleaning of small moulds.
