Looking at China's economic development over the years,the word "rapid" is not enough to summarize.The rapid development of China is obvious to everyone,but along with the economic and social development,environmental issues have also emerged constantly,environmental events have occurred frequently,and environmental pollution disputes have also increased.At present,there are two ways for China to resolve such disputes.One is administrative mediation and the other is litigation.These two approaches have not yet led to an ideal solution to environmental disputes.However,the increasingly prominent environmental pollution problem has become a major obstacle to economic development.How to resolve environmental pollution disputes efficiently,rapidly and fairly has become a major issue that needs urgent solution.This paper studies the administrative mediation system of environmental pollution disputes in Japan,South Korea and Taiwan,and analyzes,compares and investigates the importance of establishing an administrative mediation system for environmental pollution disputes.With the continuous development and progress of the economy and society,industrialization and urbanization have brought about a serious problem of environmental pollution.Based on the current situation and on the basis of absorbing advanced foreign practices,this paper seeks to establish an administrative system for environmental pollution disputes.To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the victims of environmental pollution in China,protect the ecological environment,ensure the stable development of the social economy,and maintain the social stability and stability,so that it will not suffer losses due to institutional barriers.In addition to the conclusions,this article is divided into six parts:The first part:Introduction.There are three subsections in this section.The first subsection mainly describes the background and status of the construction of an environmental pollution dispute administrative assignment and the significance of this system.The second subsection mainly explains the research status inside and outside the domain.The third subsection mainly deals with the research methods of this dissertation.Be explained.The second part:The summary of the administrative mediation system of environmental pollution disputes.This section is divided into three subsections.The first subsection mainly defines the concept of environmental pollution;the second subsection mainly defines the scope of environmental pollution disputes;the third subsection mainly outlines the administrative mediation system of environmental pollution disputes.The third part:The present situation of the administrative mediation system of China's environmental pollution disputes.This section has two subsections.The first subsection mainly deals with the legislative present situation of China's administrative mediation of environmental pollution disputes.The second subsection mainly deals with the mediation of environmental pollution disputes at the administrative level.The fourth part;The comparison of the administrative mediation system of environmental disputes outside the domain.This section has two subsections.The first section summarizes the administrative mediation system of environmental pollution disputes in Japan,Korea and Taiwan.;and the second subsection describes the similarities and differences in the administrative mediation system for environmental pollution disputes in Japan,South Korea,and Taiwan.The fifth part:Reference to the administrative mediation system of environmental disputes outside the territory.This section is divided into two subsections.The first subsection describes the problems existing in China's environmental pollution dispute mediation system compared with the extraterritorial area.The second subsection describes the enlightenment of the extraterritorial environmental pollution dispute administrative mediation system to China.Part VI:The establishment of an administrative mediation system for China's environmental pollution disputes.This section is divided into five subsections.The first subsection discusses the feasibility of constructing an administrative system for environmental pollution disputes in China;the second subsection describes the construction of the administrative mediation system for environmental pollution disputes in China;the third subsection describes China's environmental pollution disputes administration.
