By means of moving upper blades and fixed lower blades,the cutting machine is a kind of machine which uses reasonable blade clearance to exert shear force on metal sheet of various thickness,so that the plate can be broken and separated according to the size required to shear the plate.Plate shears are widely used in aviation,light industry,metallurgical technology,chemical industry,building design,shipbuilding,automobile,electric power technology,electrical equipment,decoration engineering and other fields.In recent years,the development speed of CNC shear machine at home and abroad is very amazing,the direction of development presents the trend of intelligence,flexibility and so on.Compared with the foreign countries,the production and use level of the shears in our country is still on the whole.There is a big gap.The research of shearing machine plays an important role in improving the quality and precision of shears,getting rid of the technological monopoly of foreign countries,revitalizing the national equipment industry and adapting to the new requirements of market development.In the working process of the shearing machine,the strength,stiffness and actual working condition of the shearing machine have an important influence on the machining precision.In this paper,the stress and displacement of the shearing machine are tested,and the static structure analysis is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench as the analysis tool,taking a certain type of shearing machine which is developed and produced by a company of Yangzhou as the research object.Based on the comparison of the test results and the calculated results,the structure optimization design of the machine tool is carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)the origin and significance of the topic in this paper are introduced,the present situation and future development trend of the shearing machine are summarized,and the structure and parameters of VR6x4000 shearing machine are introduced.(2)strength test of gate shears.The principle and method of testing are introduced,and the strain of shear machine under typical shear condition is collected and analyzed by means of electric strain measurement technique,so as to study the structural strength and performance of this type of shearing machine.(3)stiffness test of gate shears.The principle of displacement testing is introduced.According to the characteristics of the shearing machine,the displacement measuring point is determined and the testing scheme is drawn up.Then,according to the actual working conditions,the dynamic shear test of different materials for the shearing machine is carried out.The displacement of the important components of the shears' fuselage is obtained.(4)static finite element analysis of shears.Using the finite element ANSYS Workbench software to establish the whole model of the shearing machine,and using the finite element software ANSYS as the analysis tool,to establish the mechanical model of the structural part of the shearing machine,to carry on the static finite element calculation,to determine the weak link of the shearing machine,and to make use of the finite element software ANSYS as the analysis tool.It provides the basis for the improved design of the later structure.(5)structure improvement design of shears.Based on the results of finite element analysis,the structural weakness of plate shearing machine is improved and six kinds of structural improvement schemes are put forward.In order to improve the stiffness and reduce the deformation of the plate shearing machine,the optimal structural improvement design scheme is determined.(6)Summary and prospect.This paper summarizes the contents of this paper,puts forward some suggestions on the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward some follow-up work on this basis.
