Today's market situation is changing rapidly and crisis.Whether small and medium-sized survey enterprises can adapt to the unpredictable changes of the external dynamic environment,cracking the "short life" curse to meet the extremely severe test,has become a gap in the face of small and medium-sized survey enterprises.To overcome this gap,we need to use modern cost management tools to work hard on ourselves and enhance our core competitiveness.Only in this way can we avoid risks,seize opportunities,control the destiny of enterprises,and gain a foothold in the market.The purpose of this paper is to use cost management as a foothold,to explore the development prospects of small and medium-sized survey enterprises,to find and analyze the root causes and influencing factors of small and medium-sized survey enterprises,and to try to construct an advanced medium for small and medium-sized survey enterprises.The path of cost management methods enables small and medium-sized survey companies to remain active in the increasingly fierce market competition.This paper firstly introduces the background,significance and review of the research status at home and abroad,and points the basic point of small and medium-sized survey enterprises to the cost management.Secondly,on the basis of introducing various cost management theories and surveying the cost structure,characteristics and management principles of the enterprise,the theory is linked with the reality.Taking Survey Technology Service Co.Ltd.as a case,the basics of Survey Technology Service Co.Ltd.are introduced.The operation status,and analyze the current cost management status of the current Survey Technology Service Co.Ltd.from the management work of each department and the development of the survey project,and then explore the necessity and feasibility of the company to strengthen cost management.Thirdly,it elaborates the problems in the cost management operation of Survey Technology Service Co.Ltd.,analyzes the reasons,and raises the awareness of the whole staff cost management of the Survey Technology Service Company,implements the whole process cost management,and strengthens the security The construction of the employee incentive mechanism of the Survey Technology Service Co.Ltd.,the establishment of the cost management system of the Survey Technology Service Co.Ltd.the establishment of the full cost management information system,the establishment of the responsibility cost center and the balanced scorecard for the six aspects of the survey technology service The existing cost management model of the limited liability company proposes effective improvement measures.Finally,from practice to theory,find an effective path that is generally applicable to the optimization of cost management for small and medium-sized survey enterprises.
