In 2014,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the slogan of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and gave policy support to newly established companies.As a result,small,medium and micro enterprises have witnessed rapid development.However,with the adjustment of national economic policies,the deterioration of China's international environment and the global economic downturn,such macro environment changes have brought greater uncertainty to micro,small and medium-sized enterprises,which are facing huge challenges for survival and development.Small,medium and micro enterprises need to formulate and adjust their strategies in time to adapt to the changes in the environment.JH Company is a private enterprise in Jining City,Shandong Province,after more than ten years of development,JH Company has become a diversified industrial company focusing on cabinets.In the complex and changeable market environment with increasingly fierce competition,the development of JH Company has been greatly impacted in recent years.The company's profit is declining year by year,the company's business takes care of one thing and loses the other,and its profitability is much lower than before.Coupled with the sudden epidemic,the company is even worse.There have been obvious losses,and the company's production and development have faced serious challenges.How to solve the current problems faced by JH Company,where to go in the future,whether the company's current business mode and management structure are in line with the company's development strategy are all difficult problems in front of JH Company.At the same time,JH's problems are also the same difficulties encountered by other small and micro enterprises.How to solve the problems,get out of the difficulties and realize the company's growth and development is also a problem worthy of discussion and research.Based on the company's strategic development research theory and the development status of JH Company,according to the external market questionnaire survey and JH internal survey and interview,this paper sorts out the existing status of JH Company,analyzes the development process and trend of the company,analyzes some advantages and disadvantages of the company,and comprehensively presents the development context and strategic development status of JH Company.At the same time,using the relevant theoretical tools of strategic development(five forces model and PEST analysis method),this paper analyzes and discusses the external and internal environment of JH Company,obtains the current strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of JH Company,uses SWOT strategic analysis method,selects and formulates the strategic development objectives suitable for JH at present,and strives to solve the development problems of JH Company,Achieve the company's development goals.The study found that JH Company needs to face up to its own disadvantages and dangers,give full play to its own advantages,seize development opportunities,formulate a strategic plan in line with its own development path,and seriously implement the implementation and promotion of the plan,so as to promote the company to break through itself,become bigger and stronger,and realize the strategic objectives and long-term survival of the enterprise in the post epidemic era.
