Application Research For Z Company Information Technology System

In 21 Century,The Humanity has coming into the era of information society,the new concepts such as internet plus,big data,block chain,AI and 5G are springing up.In this era,Information technology has been the significant parts of most of the company's daily operation.Manufacturing industry is the infrastructure part of our country's national economy,which also facing the challenges of transformation and upgrading,so it is important to use the IT tools to strength the competition capabilities in the international markets,so as to achieve the national strategic goal of "made in China 2025".Z company as the representative of the large manufacturing company,has attached great importance to the construction of enterprise information management system for a long time,but current IT system has no longer meet the requirement of business enlargement on some aspects,so it is necessary to set up the topic to research and optimize how the system will be improved to satisfy the management demand.Based on Z corporation practice,this paper integrated the working results at domestic and international research achievements and relevant theoretical knowledge,and also collected a lot of news,newspapers,magazines and other articles about the enterprise information management system,various analysis methods have also been used such as literature analysis,case analysis,investigation analysis,SWOT analysis and the internal and external environmental analysis,value analysis and other research methods etc.First of all,based on the background,operation status and characteristics of Z company,this paper analyzes the current status of hardware,software and system of Z company,and deeply find out the new requirements and objectives on the aspects of IT construction.Secondly,SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal and external environment of Z company,and find out the competitive strategy of optimizing the information management system,and also make a value analysis of the optimization results.Finally,based on the actual situation of Z company,the optimized application scheme is proposed from the perspectives of supply chain,production,cost and financial system.Through the research on the optimization of Z company's information management system,it is suggested that Z company can properly absorb and learn from the advanced experience at domestic and international practice in the process of information management construction,and also further customize based on its own situation,so as to achieve the overall improvement of the company's information management.At the same time,I hope Z Company's practice can be a good example to provide new ideas and solutions for the traditional manufacturing companies in Chinese enterprises in the process of information management construction.
