Analysis And Countermeasure Research On Light Pollution Of Night Scene Lighting In Changchun

When night falls,the lights that flow on the major commercial districts and main roads of Changchun attract passing people.The lights decorate the city and bring a series of negative effects to the people's lives.High-strength lighting mode conceals the rationality of urban construction.The constantly changing lights on the streets make people anxious.Artificial daylight makes it impossible for residents to sleep.The dazzling lights cause traffic safetyhazards.The problem of light pollution has caused great damage to the health,social life and even the urban ecosystem of Changchun citizens.It must be given sufficient attention.This paper summarizes the relevant literature on light pollution by combing and summarizing domestic and foreign experts and scholars.Taking the night scene lighting of major commercial districts and mainstream arterial roads in Changchun as the survey node and path,the main forms of lighting such as building lighting,commercial advertising lighting,road lighting,etc.in Changchun City were used as research objects to assist the investigation with network data collection.In order to understand the current situation of light pollution in the main city of Changchun,analyze the general causes of light pollution in Changchun.Finally,from the view of strengthening market supervision and management,overall planning and design of city night landscape lighting,scientific choice of lighting tools and lighting methods,this paper puts forward effective rationalization prevention and control suggestions that meet the standards of illumination and follow the humanism principle.
