Environmental protection enterprises belong to knowledge-intensive enterprises.The key to the steady development of knowledge-intensive enterprises is the effective support of enterprise core technology innovative mechanism and the forward-looking enterprise management mode.Core employees generally hold key positions,controlling the most classified secrets and core technology related to the survival and development of enterprises,so the stability and promotion of core employees is the key to the development of enterprises.The main channel for enterprises to obtain core employees is through external recruitment and training of existing core employees.It is impossible for enterprises to recruit satisfying core employees at any time.Considering the long-term development strategy of enterprises,only when enterprises increase the support and attention to the training of core employees,can they stand firmly in the fierce market and effectively achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises.The aims for choosing this topic is how to deeply analyze the training system of core employees of OR environmental protection enterprises,to find out the root of the existing problems,and how to optimize the training system,so as to establish a training system that meets the requirements of enterprise development strategy and adapts to the post requirements,and ultimately promote the development of OR environmental protection enterprises to a new step.Based on this question,the author embarks on the research and analysis.The whole structure of this paper is based on the basic theory of core staff training and the present research status of both home and abroad.It analyzes the current situation of human resource structure of core staff of OR environmental protection enterprises,the bottleneck of development of OR environmental protection enterprises and the status of core staff training system of OR environmental protection enterprises.Through interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,we've found that the organizational training system of OR environmental protection enterprise core staff,training process system,curriculum content system are imperfect and exist many other problems.According to the above framework,the reasons for these problems are analyzed and the systems are optimized.The research result of this paper is that the training system optimization of OR environmental protection enterprises must be based on the development strategy ofOR environmental protection enterprises,the position of core employees,the quality and ability situation and the personal development needs.Through the reorganization and optimization of organization system,process system and curriculum content system,the problem-solving oriented,strengthening the teacher resources,the function of organization,system,and guarantee function of fund,and establishing a training system suitable for core employees of OR environmental protection enterprises,we would be able to achieve win-win goals and needs of enterprises and core employees.
