Staff training is a highly effective approach for enterprises to improve and innovate talent development mechanism which is the most valuable resource and core competitiveness of modern enterprises.A scientific and perfect training system enables businesses to achieve efficient operation of training.As an important part of state-owned enterprises,oilfield enterprises should take social obligation and responsibility of public service.This thesis,taking domestic oilfield enterprises as the research object,through analyzation of the current situation,aims to find out certain problems and reasons of the existing training system.Through further research,this paper proposes the optimal design of the employee training system of oilfield enterprises with which can promote the human resource development remarkably.The methods in this paper are literature research,investigation and experience summarization.Based on the current situation of staff training system of enterprises at home and abroad,this thesis comprehensively discusses the existing theories and practices.Through consulting correlation datum and questionnaire and in-depth interviews with dozens of oil companies,this paper provides a scientific evaluation on staff training system;pointing out that the objects of analysis of training needs are incomplete,the method not scientific,the process not rigorous.This is mainly due to the ossified and unscientific management system and the lack of vitality,as well as the conservative concepts and poor execution.Finally,from the perfecting of analysis of training needs and contents,alongside with the establishment of targets and a thorough evaluation of training effect,this thesis puts forward the specific optimized scheme in five aspects and some precautions,based on the principles of efficient training system and the actual conditions and characteristics of oilfield enterprises.This thesis has collected information of staff training of several oilfield enterprises,which can be a reference with strong practicability in optimizing and constructing the training system of all enterprises.
