The training is to take teaching,interaction,group discussion and other means of education activities for employees,update their knowledge and improve their skills as well as establish their ideas according to enterprise production operation requirements and staff needs.Through training,it can be targeted to improve the quality of employees,thereby affecting the actual work behavior and work performance of employees,so as to bring higher performance activities,and promote the competitiveness of enterprises.Shenyang LM Company is an aluminum and magnesium engineering and Research Institute in China,and becomes a joint-stock engineering company after institution,but also followed the system of institutions on human resources management.Under the background of "going aboard" strategy,the improvement of human resource quality has become the bottleneck that restricted the development of the company.Therefore,the optimization of training system of LM Company is required to be established in order to help the employees of company to continuously update their knowledge,to enhance the employee's performance,and further ensure the realization of the company's performance,enhance the competitiveness of the company compared with other competitors at home and abroad in the industry.The thesis is prepared through a special investigation on the employees of LM Company,using the training theory,training program and other aspects of the literature as the research foundation.Directed against the deficiencies in the existing system,the staff training program is redesigned in the thesis to improve staff training activities focused on three types of staff,which are new employees,professional and technical personnel,and management to improve.In this thesis,first of all,it listed the training status of LM Company,and analyzed the existing problems in the company's staff training programs.Secondly,it is provided with training principle of a new training program,training needs analysis and training plan,as well as the targeted training contents and training methods according to the differences between three types of training objectives,respectively.Third,it established the training implementation system with the training evaluation plan to assess training effectiveness based on Kirkpatrick Model.Finally,it offered the security measures for the implementation of the new training program.
