Based on the widely used regenerated cellulose fiber in daily life,this paper selects the appropriate natural plant Chinese medicine-TLL extract and BH essential oil,and makes the microcapsules with ?-cyclodextrin coated BH essential oil,and the microcapsules.The aqueous solution of TLL extract was added to the cellulosic fiber spinning dope in a certain ratio,and the antibacterial repellent regenerated cellulose fiber of the plant Chinese medicine was prepared by wet spinning,and the spinning conditions and the properties of the obtained fiber were studied.The BH essential oil and ?-cyclodextrin are made into microcapsules in a ratio of 1:2.The microcapsules have uniform shape and shape,D90=1.611?m,oil content rate is 19.5%,and heat resistance and ultraviolet light resistance are better.Good sustained release properties.It was found by infrared spectroscopy that BH essential oil and ?-cyclodextrin were combined in the form of hydrogen bonds.A partial performance test of the TLL extract revealed that the TLL extract powder was a soluble substance,and its active ingredient was FZ alcohol,and the FZ alcohol content was determined to be 9.8%.The antibacterial and mosquito repellent functions of BH essential oil microcapsules and TLL extract powder were studied.The results showed that both BH essential oil microcapsules and TLL extract powder had good antibacterial effect,and the inhibition zone width was 3mm and 2mm respectively;BH essential oil micro The mosquito repellent effect of the capsule was slightly stronger than that of the TLL extract powder,and the repellent rate for mosquitoes was 89.6% and 88.1%,respectively.The regenerated cellulose fiber spinning solution with a cellulose content of 8.9% is selected,and the BH essential oil microcapsules and the TLL extract aqueous solution are added to the regenerated cellulose fiber spinning solution in different ratios to prepare a blended regenerated cellulose film.The apparent properties,mechanical properties,swelling properties,antibacterial properties and mosquito repellent functions were studied separately.According to the research results of various properties,the optimal ratio of BH essential oil microcapsules and TLL extract aqueous solution was determined as follows: BH essential oil microcapsules accounted for 2% of the spinning solution quality,and TLL extract powder accounted for regenerated cellulose spinning solution.6% of the mass of dissolved cellulose.According to the optimal ratio,the antibacterial repellent regenerated cellulose fiber was prepared by wet spinning,and its basic properties were studied.Compared with the ordinary regenerated cellulose fiber,the unit cell structure of the prepared antibacterial repellent regenerated cellulose fiber was prepared.No change,crystallinity,orientation degree changed little,40.5%,75.1%,the cross-sectional morphology changed little,the longitudinal groove became deeper,the surface particles increased,the breaking strength decreased slightly,and the elongation at break increased.The moisture absorption performance has been improved.Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the absorption peaks of the antibacterial repellent regenerated cellulose fibers at 3790 cm-1 and 1100 cm-1 were more obvious.The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the thermal stability of the antibacterial repellent regenerated cellulose fiber was slightly lower than that of the ordinary regenerated cellulose fiber.The M alcohol content in the fiber was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry to be 0.644 g/kg,and the FZ alcohol content was 0.685 g/kg.The antibacterial and mosquito repellent functions of antibacterial repellent regenerated cellulose fibers were tested.The results showed that the inhibition rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were 96.50%,99.12% and 79.35,respectively,after washing with water and washing 20 times.% and 93.42%,91.53% and 76.43%;after 25 washes,the mosquito repellent rate can still reach 76.8%.
