According to the wet spinning method, two kinds of antibacterial,far-infrared,nourishing and skin care multifunctional regenerated cellulose fibers were spun by blending the extracts of Chinese herbal medicine, plant pigment, natural collagen peptide solution and far-infrared ceramic powder hydration solution with regenerated cellulose fiber spinning solution. Then the multifunctional regenerated cellulose fiber and hygroscopic fiber were mixed into a fiber net according to the weight ratio of 9:1,and the nonwoven facial mask base cloth was prepared by spunlaced method. The performance and function of the multifunctional regenerated cellulose fiber and its facial mask substrate were tested and evaluated.According to the theory of ergonomics,a series of facial masks were designed and developed.10 parts of hamamelis extract,1.7 parts of plant pigment were prepared into 20%aqueous solution,8.4 parts of collagen peptide were prepared into 50% aqueous solution and 3.3 parts of far-infrared ceramic powder were prepared into 20% hydration solution, which was blended with regenerated cellulose fiber spinning solution according to 14% of the total added weight of naphthenia fiber. The antibacterial, farinfrared and skin-care multifunctional regenerated cellulose fiber with 1.67 dtex fineness and 38 mm length of cherry blossom powder and lemon yellow was prepared by wet spinning method. The performance and function of regenerated cellulose fiber were tested. The antibacterial rate of the multifunctional regenerated cellulose fiber against Staphylococcus aureus was 87.25%,and the protein content was 3.77%,both of which exceeded the national and industrial standards. The longitudinal and transverse morphology of the regenerated cellulose fiber did not change significantly. The infrared characteristics, crystallinity, orientation and mechanical properties of the regenerated cellulose fiber met the requirements of the facial mask substrate. The multifunctional regenerated cellulose fiber and hygroabsorbent fiber were mixed into a fiber net at a weight ratio of 9:1.Using nonwoven fabric equipment,a spunula facial mask substrate with a unit area mass of 27.4g/m2 and a thickness of0.382 mm was prepared. The wetting property, absorbability, liquid carrying rate, antibacterial property and far-infrared property of the substrate were tested. The left and right contact angles were 14.9° and 16.1°,the liquid absorption time was 3.1s,and the liquid rate was 1696.13%,which greatly exceeded the standard requirements for the preparation of facial mask base cloth. The inhibition rate against Staphylococcus aureus was 80.02%,the far-infrared emission rate was 0.86,and the temperature rise was 1.9?,all of which met the relevant requirements of national standards.According to the theory of ergonomics, the elements of mask design were studied, and the final design scheme of mask was determined according to the requirements that people and mask adapt to each other, human body and mask and environmental conditions adapt to each other.A series of functional facial masks with different styles and sizes of cherry pink and lemon yellow were designed, and their related properties were evaluated.
