The Structure Design And Development Of The Automatic Film-changing Air Particulate Matter Sampler

With the development of society,the growth of urban population,the burning of fossil fuels and other human activities,atmospheric environment quality has deteriorated and air pollution has become one of the major factors to influence the human health,which cause the powerful supervision under the government all over the world.But the domestic gravimetric method mainly depends on the manual membrane replacement,so it is time-consuming and laborious.In view of the existing problems of the existing air particulate samplers,a structure design of automatic film-replacing air particulate sampler is made in this paper,and the operation and performance test are studied.The needs of automatically-replacing-filter determine the functions and performance requirements of the particles sampler system.The principles of automatically-replacing-filter and the processes of air particle sampling were analyzed.Especially,the principles of the sampling cutter were studied that laid the foundation for the later design.The overall structures of the sampler were analyzed,and the key components are selected including the cutter,the sampling fan and various drive motors.The mechanical structure designs and simulation analysis of the automatically-replacing-filter air particle sampler were completed.The whole mechanical structure was decomposed and divided into three subsystems according to the action relationships including the automatically-replacing-filter subsystem,the sampling subsystem and the fixed frame & the shell.Detailed structural designs of each subsystem were described.In addition,the simulation & analysis of the bottom shell which had the maximum force ensured the scientificity and reliability of the designs.The subsystems were assembled and so that each parts were integrated as a whole.Based on the above studies,automatically-replacing-filter air particle sampler prototypes were completed and operated,and the experimental results with different instruments verified that the design indicators meet the expected requirements,which has strong practicability and good commercial prospects.The instrument structure has obtained the invention patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.
