With the advancement of reform and opening up,China's economy has undergone earth-shaking changes,but the rapid development of the economy has brought about a worsening environment,especially the destruction of the water environment has affected people's normal life.China's water environment monitoring started relatively late,resulting in relatively backward technology.In addition,the monitoring instrument has a single function,the data acquisition error is large,and the communication facilities are backward.It is impossible to timely and accurately monitor the parameters reflecting the polluted water body,which seriously affects the relevant departments.Decision making and reduced management of the water environment.In order to comply with the coordinated development of economy and society,it is imperative to increase the monitoring of water environment,improve the timeliness and reliability of monitoring,and ensure the integrity and safety of data transmission.Firstly,the paper analyzes and summarizes the latest research progress in realizing the automation and informationization of water environment data collection at home and abroad,and draws on its experience.Then it starts with hardware selection,terminal design and software development,and completes the water environment data collection terminal module.And designed the wireless communication protocol used.The main contents of this article are:(1)For the single problem of data acquisition parameters,the paper uses the engine design idea to design the data acquisition engine on the data acquisition end,and uses the wireless communication network to transmit the data.Based on this,a complete water environment data acquisition platform is established..The design of the data communication protocol is to make up for the loopholes that cannot be collected for areas that cannot utilize the existing network foundation or have no network at all.(2)For the problem of large data acquisition error and unreliable data transmission,this paper designs a data service analysis engine on the host computer workstation,enriching the function of the data acquisition terminal;design based on B-band micro-power and GPRS-based wireless communication protocol Not only greatly reduces the error of data acquisition,but also ensures the security and reliability of data transmission.The application of M2M platform development technology makes the monitoring data more visual and intuitive in front of the relevant personnel of the water environment quality monitoring department,which not only improves the work efficiency of relevant departments,but also facilitates the intelligent and effective management and decision-making of water quality monitoring by the department.
