Under the background of resolving the excess capacity and reforming the power system,the survival situation of power generation enterprises has been severely squeezed,especially as the main power supply of the country,thermal power generation is deeply image.The gradual maturity of UHV transmission technology makes it possible to transmit electricity over long distances.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,thermal power generation increased steadily at an annual rate of nearly 7%.With the upgrading of the national transmission network,power supply points have been further optimized and gradually transferred to the resource-rich western region.In the future,China's environmental protection policies will become more and more stringent.As a traditional high-polluting enterprise,thermal power generation will face a more complex living environment.In the face of such a severe industry situation,enterprises should adopt strategies that meet their own development requirements to promote the development of enterprises,and strive for survival and development in the fierce market competition.This paper takes China Huaneng Weijiamao Coal and Electricity Company as the research object,as the first supporting power point of the UHV transmission project from Mengxi to Tianjin,and also the first coal-electricity integration project of Huaneng Company in Inner Mongolia.Its completion and commissioning has very special significance and representative.Firstly,the related theories of enterprise development strategy are briefly expounded,and the development status of Weijiamao Mine and Electricity Company is briefly described.Then,the external environment of the enterprise is analyzed by PEST analysis model,and the internal environment of the enterprise is analyzed by SWOT analysis tool.Then,the development strategy of Weijiamao Coal and Electricity Company is obtained,and the relevant safeguard measures needed for the implementation of the strategy are elaborated.Finally,the conclusion is drawn.In this paper,seven chapters are devoted to the in-depth analysis of the development strategy of Weijiamao Coal and Electricity Company,using various research methods and strategic analysis tools,describing how the future layout will be conducive to the development of enterprises,providing viable development strategies for Weijiamao Coal and Electricity Company.This paper holds that in the environment of increasing national power consumption scale year by year,long-term thermal power supply as the main power supply mode and further upgrading of national transmission network,the use of ultra-high voltage technology to achieve ultra-long-distance power transmission makes cross-regional low-loss power transmission become a reality,which still allows traditional energy-based enterprises to see profit points,while coal resources belong to high energy sources.Effective and clean transformation has a very obvious role in promoting the local economy.Especially,there is a positive correlation between energy development and local economic development in Inner Mongolia.Before there is no breakthrough plan for economic transformation in Inner Mongolia,energy investment and income are still the main sources of GDP.Energy companies can make full use of the integrated management mode of coal and electricity to effectively exert their cost advantages,gain more profits in the current industry development process,and have a more competitive unit price after the future electricity price reform.While implementing the integrated operation of coal and electricity and closely cooperating with the UHV transmission network,we should actively explore new businesses to improve the added value of enterprise products,develop new business models based on potential core,coal and various high added value businesses,and on the basis of guaranteeing the original interests,let the development of new business bring more profits to enterprises,which is decisive for the long-term development of enterprises.Sexual influence.At the same time,it also strives to build regional benchmarking enterprises,hoping to provide some positive and referential suggestions for the development,promotion and management of coal-electricity integration projects in the surrounding areas of Ordos and coal-rich areas in Western China.
