With the continuous advancement of supply-side reform,the commodity trading industry is facing fierce competition.The innovation of enterprise strategy and management in line with the market law is becoming more and more important for the sustainable development of enterprises.S Company is a professional company specializing in coking coal supply chain.Under the pressure of environmental protection and the policy adjustment of coal logistics “highway to railway”,relying on the dominant position of parent company in Shanxi coal logistics,S Company is committed to establishing core competitiveness in the coking coal supply chain industry and improving the profitability level of enterprise.The main business includes: coke,coal,steel trade and coal supply chain service.As China's commodity trading is becoming large-scale,specialized and standardized,especially in the new stage of "three-phase overlap" in which China's macro-economic operation is in the shifting period of growth rate,the painful period of structural adjustment and the digestion period of pre-stimulus policies,the competition and challenges faced by S Company are getting worse.In this context,how to carry out strategic adjustment and cultivate the core competitiveness of S company is the key to the growth and development of enterprises.This paper elaborates the whole process of S company accelerating strategic development and tactical adjustment.This paper is based on based on my actual work and management experience in S company.The whole process of formulation,implementation and control of S company strategy is introduced in detail.First,it introduces the present situation of coking coal supply chain industry,S company's internal operation,management and business objectives.Secondly,it uses PEST analysis method,Porter's five-force model,SWOT matrix,QSPM and other strategic analysis methods to analyze S company's development strategy and operation status from the external environment and internal environment of S company in detail.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the strategic environment and operation of S Company,the development strategy of S Company is formulated from the following four aspects: the overall development strategy,long-term strategy,short-term strategy and core competitiveness of S Company.The development strategy of S Company is put forward from the aspects of strengthening the company's system construction,strengthening the company's human resources,enriching the company's platform functions and attaching importance to the construction of enterprise culture.The implementation measures of S company's development strategy as well as the indicators and implementation measures of the company's strategic control are presented.This paper elaborates S company's development strategy formulation,implementation and control of the whole process of a comprehensive exposition as one of S company's strategic management decision-making basis,to provide reference for future relevant people for strategic management research.
