Road traffic safety is a persistent research hotspot in the field of Traffic Engineering.Intelligent traffic is an important development trend in today's society.One of the key points of building intelligent transportation is to improve driving safety through advanced driving assistance(ADAS)technology,in which risk early warning is the basis of advanced driving assistance technology.This paper carries out research on risk information and traffic conflict early warning,and provides reference for the improvement and promotion of traffic safety.The paper shows that the proposed risk early warning system can effectively reduce traffic conflicts and improve driving safety.Based on the concepts of risk information and traffic conflict theory,conflicts are classified according to the types of risk information,and the similarities and differences of various conflict models are analyzed and compared as the theoretical support of early warning system design.Firstly,by studying the relevant theories of risk information and traffic conflict,according to the different types of risk information,we divide the conflict types,analyze and compare the similarities and differences of various conflict models and their applicability.As the basis of choosing the conflict model in this paper,we explain the meaning of the indicators that will be used in this study,and provide theoretical support for the development of the study.Secondly,the driver's perception of risk information is studied,and the driver's reaction time is used to represent the risk level.The driver's risk level distribution map is obtained by the driver's risk perception experiment,and the reason why the driver's perception ability distribution presents this rule is analyzed.The results show that the distribution of driver's risk grade conforms to the law of quadratic curve.Under the given risk scenario of single risk information and the setting of five levels of risk,most of the drivers' driving risk level is in grade 3 and grade 4,and the average level of driving is grade 3.Only about 20%of the subjects were at the greatest and the smallest risk level.Thirdly,the demand for early warning models for various types of traffic conflicts is analyzed,in order to reduce the number of traffic conflicts.Based on relevant conflict models and laser sensing technology,considering the influence of distance error and angle error in pulse laser measurement process,an early warning model of traffic conflict risk is established,and an on-board early warning system is constructed according to the demand of safe drivingFinally,Simulink is used to build a virtual experiment environment,and a model vehicle carrying a conflict warning system is designed,which simulates the real scene of driver perception experiment.Prescan simulation test software is used to carry out the simulation test.According to the data of driver risk perception experiment and early warning system simulation experiment,the safety level of early warning system and drivering risk perception are analyzed.The results show that the conflict warning system designed in this paper can realize the function of pre-warning the driver's perceived risk information and reduce the driving risk level.
