With the further development of China's economy,the factors influencing the company's competitive advantage in the market are constantly changing.Technological advancement and diversification of demand have led to a continuous shortening of product life cycles,and companies are facing pressure to shorten delivery times,improve product quality,reduce costs,and improve services.All of these require companies to be able to react quickly to changing markets and continuously develop customized “ customized products ” that meet customer requirements to capture the market to win competition.Market competition also focuses on the competition of new products.Expand.In daily business operations,high-efficiency supply chain management plays an important role in integrating social resources,reducing corporate logistics costs,and improving the overall service level of the company.On the contrary,inefficient supply chain management is an important factor hindering the development of enterprises competing for production.Therefore,if we want to gain competitive advantage in a highly competitive market environment,it is very necessary to evaluate the company's supply chain management performance.Y company is a company that collects lanthanum ore mining and deep processing.The company's main business is lanthanum ore mining,fire enrichment,wet purification,district melting refining,deep processing and research and development.The company is the only domestic listed company in the industry with a complete industrial chain.It has abundant,high-quality antimony ore resources,and ranks first in sales of antimony products in China.It is currently the largest domestic manufacturer and supplier of antimony series products.However,the company ' s main product is the district melting mandrel ingot,which is only a primary technician belonging to raw materials.Although the company also produces high-tech products such as single wafers and fiber-grade hafnium tetrachloride,like many domestic companies,there are companies with foreign companies.For a large gap,if we want to occupy a certain position in the international market,it isnecessary to evaluate the performance management of the supply chain,find out the problems existing in the current business,and make corrections to improve our market competitiveness.This article first introduced the research status of supply chain management performance at home and abroad,and in turn introduced the concepts of supply chain,supply chain management,and supply chain management performance.Then,it summarizes the three methods of AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and BP neural network.The supply chain performance evaluation index that meets the actual operation of Y formula is selected,and the supply chain management performance evaluation model is constructed.The data is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the objective results are obtained.Then the data is standardized.The BP neural network is used to train and test the sample data.It is continuously adjusted to achieve a stable state and a complete neural network model is constructed.Finally,the collected supply chain management performance data of company Y are input and the calculation results are obtained,and reasonable Suggestions are put forward to the company based on the results.
