Lead-zinc sulfide ore is an important source of lead and zinc in China and an important support for the development of the national economy.The main focus and difficulty of the lead-zinc sulfide ore dressing has been the separation of lead and zinc.The reason for the difficulty in separation is that the lead-zinc atom has a similar outer electronic structure and the floatability is similar.In addition to the pulp and the backwater,Copper ion and other inevitable ions activate the sphalerite,So cyanide is usually needed to get a better sorting effect.With the increasing emphasis on environmental protection in China,The cyanidation process and other environmentally-stressed treatment methods are difficult to adapt to current environmental requirements.Therefore,the flotation separation of lead-zinc sulfide ore is of great significance for efficient and green utilization of lead-zinc sulfide mineral resources.significance.In this paper,the Sichuan Jiulong Lead-Zinc ore was used as the research object.Through the conditions test of flotation parameters,the grinding fineness,the type of collector,the amount of collector,the type of inhibitor,the amount of inhibitor and other conditions were systematically studied.The impact of the selection of indicators.The experimental results obtained the best flotation process conditions:grinding fineness-0.074mm content of 85%,Ethyl xanthate dosage of 40g/t,inhibitor zinc sulfate+sodium sulfide dosage of 2000g/t+500g/t,lime dosage 6000g/t,copper sulfate dosage 150g/t,Butyl xanthate dosage 80g/t,2#oil 40g/t.Under these conditions,the open-circuit test was carried out,and the lead-zinc was finally determined to adopt the"One roughing,two sweeping and three cleaning"process,and finally the closed-circuit test was carried out,and the ore was obtained with2.25%lead,6.02%zinc and 63g/t silver.Lead concentrate with a grade of 51.31%and a recovery rate of 88.36%,including zinc concentrate 6.06%;zinc grade 45.13%,zinc recovery 87.42%zinc concentrate.The lead concentrate contains 684.74g/t of silver and the silver recovery rate is 41.93%.In order to further improve the recovery rate of associated silver in lead and zinc,Reduce the amount of lime and the pH of the pulp,The combination of sodium humate and lime is used to inhibit pyrite,And the effect is remarkable.The closed-circuit test was carried out under the conditions of 300 g/t of sodium humate,3000 g/t of lime,150 g/t of copper sulfate,80 g/t of Butyl xanthate and 40 g/t of 2~#oil,and the grade was obtained 51.06%.The recovery rate is 88.16%of lead concentrate;The zinc grade is 44.53%,And the recovery rate is 86.25%of zinc concentrate.The lead concentrate contains 872.1g/t of silver,And the silver recovery of lead concentrate is 53.98%.The silver recovery rate was increased by 12.05%compared to the use of lime alone as an inhibitor of pyrite.XRD and multi-element analysis of zinc concentrate showed that zinc concentrate contained 18.76%iron and sulfur content was 32.37%,Indicating that the main zinc mineral was high-iron sphalerite.This explains why the zinc concentrate grade is not high,which is only 45.13%.
