| As a key technology for constructing the Internet of Things,RFID technology has been widely used in transportation,supermarkets,logistics and other fields.RFID technology has the characteristics of non-contact high-speed identification,wireless communication,large memory,and recyclability,which greatly enhances the intelligence and automation of the logistics field.Especially in the functions of information collection,traceability,and location,RFID technology has played a huge role in promoting.In the EPC project,materials account for more than 60% of the project cost.There are many processes from the beginning of procurement to the delivery of materials,In addition,the project warehouse has poor working conditions and material management relies too much on manpower,which makes it difficult to break the bottleneck in material control management.In this article,the author takes the project in which he works as an example,attempts to use RFID technology in the material control management of EPC engineering projects,and uses technology to solve management problems.First of all,the article analyzes the current situation of material control management of the Mis project,Introduced the material control process,material management system and material management problem of the Mis project.Then the author makes a feasibility analysis on the combination of RFID technology and material control management and its impact on the current material control process,Based on that,the author designed the workflow and functional requirements of the material control management system using RFID technology.Finally,the system is developed by a third-party company,and the developed system is actually applied to the material control work of the Mis project.The author summarizes the effects of the system,and finally concludes that RFID technology can shorten the material control workflow,reduce the workload of material management personnel,and improve work efficiency. |
