With the global economy and the rapid development of information-based process industry, the manufacturing enterprise’s survival and competitiveness has been severely affected, how to improve production efficiency and improve production and management has become a problem that must be considered when enterprises to improve and optimize manufacturing.The enterprise’s modern production control involves a lot of complicated product information, its structure is very complex, its requirements of timeliness, accuracy and clarity of the information are very strict. In the field of automatic identification, RFID technology is different fro m other identification technology has its own unique properties and advantages, it is promising in recognition of goods, vehicles and material tracking and other requirements of the non-contact data exchange, collection and storage of occasions. The introduction of RFID technology into the key technologies of modern production management and control- Data collection will meet the needs of the production information transformation of the enterprise.Firstly, this paper analyzes the RFID technology and production control systems theory, and the introduction of RFID technology into the data acquisition layer of production control system reasonably, it pave the way for RFID technology applied to the production control system. Secondly, this paper design a suitable RFID tag EPC encoding of chili oil products based on the study of production control theory based on RFID technology, it ensure the integrity and accuracy of product information; and design a set of RFID data processing structure to solve the uncertainty of RFID data streams, and through the experiment proved its validity and rationality. Finally, design and architecture the system of chili oil production control based on RFID technology, it provides a theoretical reference for future study on RFID-based production control system.
