The society is constantly developing,but the energy that human beings depend on is decreasing,saving energy and being a problem that the whole world needs to solve.The use of a large number of glass doors and windows and curtain walls in modern urban buildings allows people to enjoy a wider view and bright daylight indoors,but at the same time,sunlight shines through the glass into the room,and the summer temperature rises to increase air conditioning.The use of refrigeration appliances such as refrigerators has led to an increase in building energy consumption.Building energy consumption accounts for about one-third of total human energy consumption.An effective way to solve building energy consumption is to use transparent heat-insulating coatings.At present,China has not promoted and used thermal insulation coatings in large areas because it has not found a safe,practical and inexpensive functional filler.Indium tin oxide?ITO?with thermal insulation has been studied.),tin antimony oxide?ATO?,gallium tin oxide?GTO?,and tungsten bronze?MxWO3?contain expensive elements such as indium and antimony,and indium,gallium,and tungsten are expensive.These reasons limit their The application in coatings,so the first priority is to find a functional filler that is safe,non-toxic and inexpensive.In this thesis,nano-tungsten doped tin oxide?WTO?powders were synthesized by hydrothermal method using SnCl4·5H2O and Na2WO4 as raw materials.The effects of hydrothermal temperature,molar ratio of tungsten and calcination temperature on the optical properties of the products were investigated.The results show that the doping ratio and calcination temperature have a great influence on the optical properties of WTO.The optimum optical properties of WTO prepared by molar doping ratio of tungsten is 1%,calcination temperature is 900°C,and hydrothermal temperature is 180°C.The visible light transmittance of the powder in the WTO is 65%,and the average transmittance in the near-infrared region is around 30%.The prepared powder of the WTO is combined with the water-based acrylic resin to form a coating,and the coating film is tested for light transmittance and heat insulation on the glass plate,the light transmittance of the coating film is 67.47%,and the temperature difference between the coated glass and the blank glass reaches 15°C.
